Three times I have been scolded by the owner for punching in my phone number instead of scanning. Takes too long. I didn't realize that the 7.5 seconds it takes me to punch in the number screws up his day. This last visit I was told I need to follow the rules and scan so I get the 7th cup free. Then was told again that it takes a long time in "their side" when I punch in the number. I said I'll just take my money elsewhere. He said good. The gentleman is rude, arrogant, condescending and frankly a jerk. I hope that people can drive the few extra blocks and get their big gulps and coffee at another location. This location and owner do not deserve anyone as a customer and certainly treats customers like they are beneath him. Spoiler. I have heard thisany times towards others over my visits. Shame on me for going there. Never again and I hope more will follow.

Keep up the great work. We seen this old white guy without a mask and thought to ourselves, poor old feller. What if HE has a pre-existing condition and HE is risking his life out there - without a mask and not able to wear one(if you really, actually believe the bs nonsense on the news). That's just us. When the…read morefirst heavy snow started when I was out in the suburbs on January 1, 2022, I knew I needed to get gas to help ensure that I didn't get stuck. Prices at this station were reasonable--they weren't out of line with the other gas stations in the area. There are a lot of pumps and they aren't crowded like some stations are (you could get around other cars relatively easily if needed). They also had an air machine/vacuum, which I mention since not every station seems to have them! I don't know the cost, though, nor whether they take Apple/Samsung/Whatever pay.

I paid, pressed the 93 button, and started pumping -- but the price was coming up as regular gas. I caught it within seconds and went inside to ask about it. Instead of checking the pump, the male attendant immediately got rude, defensive, and started blaming me (and yes, with misogynistic comments). Apparently asking why a pump is dispensing the wrong octane makes you a "stupid woman" now? If someone's car actually requires premium, this can cause engine issues. The bare minimum would've been a sign or checking the pump, but I guess yelling at customers is easier. I won't be coming back and I'd avoid it if you care about what you're putting in your car.
