If you file a damage complaint, they will send you an email four days later telling you that they are not at fault and will not pay for the damage. Just look at the reviews on Google to see how horrible this place truly is. A class action lawsuit is being discussed with a lawyer.

The membership is a deal if you like a clean car and go weekly. I tend to go every few days and have the jet package at $40/month.

By the time I was out of the tunnel, the tire was flat. The valve stem had been snapped off in the tunnel. The staff had nothing to fix this issue. Since is was late, I left the car there and had a tow truck bring it to a tire store where it was fixed. The car wash manager promised they'd reimburse me for the cost of the tow truck.
