I stopped at this location this morning and to be greeted so kindly by Ambra was very refreshing. I had to use the restroom and when I asked if they had one available it was evident they were reluctant to allow me but they did. Ebony told Ambra it was available for use. I noticed that there was a temporary out of order sign present but once I unlocked the door it was really clean inside. Which was some what surprising to me, but I totally appreciated being so. I frequent this circle k a few times when I had my Mazda and Hyundai accent when it came to getting gas or putting air in my tire. It's OK I mean it has the usual snacks circle k offers you along with the typical customer service you get from any circle k. Really the only negative I have is the setup like the ampm a few blocks up the street it's hard to navigate out because of the small space especially during busy times on the street it's located on. read more

The best gas price, when you use cash- for maximum discounts, use your SHELL rewards from Smiths too. Since it is popular, this place is busy. (Once, I left home early, to get here, before work, and there were no issues in the morning.) Some customers don't remember where their gas tanks are located so that will definitely cause a delay. Since I use cash, I walk in, wearing my mask (it's state-mandated by the Governor) and step on the floor marker to keep my distance then I wait my turn in line. For the lowest price, it's well worth the time to get gas here. It's not around the corner from home, but it's within reason for venturing out. The grounds are surprisingly well kept, no trash strewn around. And no people hanging around outside of the mini-mart, either. Then again, it's summer, so people don't really want to be outside, unless they have to be outside. Traffic is busy nearby since this is located in the heart of Chinatown. Honestly, I live super close to here so I come in often and I've put up with their constant, "Would you like to donate your change?" They NEVER fail to say it. Sometimes I do give in, other times I tell them I donate blood and my time to Salvation Army instead. But I was stunned today when the cashier recited her line then dumped my 56 cents into the jar without hearing my response. After today's experience, I'm beginning to think they're running a scam. I happened to visit a Circle K one day being another convenience store was out of something. Best visit I ever made. I don't go anywhere other than Circle K. All workers greet you when you come into the store, they are all friendly, they don't complain, they try to help customers the best they can, they suggest sale, and make sure you know of deals within the store, and their stores are cleaner than 7-11. 10 stars from me. read more

We stopped in briefly for a gas-up on our way out of town Sunday morning. As we usually do, hubby and I split duties - he gets the gas, I get the snacks/drinks for the road. When I walked in, the place was marginally busy so I helped myself to some fountain soda and set about putting together hubby's much-needed coffee. In the background of my hearing, I kept catching a very pleasant and upbeat sing-songy voice but then I heard it behind me as this individual excused herself very politely to get by me for some additional coffee supplies in the cabinets. As I stood in line to get rung up, I realized the same person who I'd encountered before was the cashier. She was sooo cheery and polite to everyone, I couldn't help but admire her attitude. She was nice to everyone and you can tell it was infectious. The place was relatively clean so there wasn't much to dislike about this stop - just the guy who knew we were waiting but still sat in his car for five minutes after getting done. read more

The ad on the monitor says 2 coconut waters for $5 instead of $2.99 per bottle. Since the ad was aired, I should have been charged appropriately. The lady instead did not honor the price of the ad. Bought a nearly 20$ cord that sparked and started a small fire. It worked for a day so I threw out the receipt. I was told I'd need it in the package with receipt to return it, and eluded by the manager that I was lying even though I had just been in there the other day. Absolutely ridiculous. They refused to give any kind of refund with a very rude condescending attitude after immediately getting an aggressive demeanor the second I brought up a refund. Basically stole my money for a fire hazard. Worst location in town I've seen. It's messy too with dried up syrup all over the cups. Besides being hit up for change or money for gas for stranded 'tourists', I have nothing but satisfactory experiences getting gas on the way back from work, if the vehicle is running on fumes. Prices is typically two whole reddish cents higher than the Arco across the street, except they take cards. Location: 5/5. Very accessible if you are near Chinatown or the Wynn and Nearby casinos. Price: 4/5. Never the lowest gas price in town, but priced to move. Service: 3/5. Pay at the pump or with the cashier, and inhale as little petro fumes as you can feeding your car's never ending thirst of the sweet crude derivative. Four stars. It would be five, if air for the tires is free. But I have not seen that traditional service offered for free in Vegas. read more

On my way to see a play at Las Vegas Little Theatre and decided to stop here a fill up. While the station across the street was a bit cheaper, this was easy in and out for me. It also was the same price as Costco and there was no surcharge for using a credit card. I did get hit up by someone wanting money. I ignored him and after awhile he went away. My boyfriend drives a Jetta TDI, which takes diesel and we went here yesterday to find incredibly cheap-o diesel. It's in a skeezy neighborhood, you might be hit up for change by the somewhat sleezy folks hanging around outside, but if you're rummaging in your change jars for gas money this may be your best bet (outside of places like Costco). read more

Worst gas station/convenience store I have ever been to! I visiting Vegas from LA and was trying to get gas before driving home. I pulled in here and was paying with a credit card at the pump. The pump kept asking me for a pin number even though I pushed the button for credit and not debit. After trying 3 times I went inside and was told that because I was from out of state they want you to go inside so they can verify who you are. There are two problems with that. One, this is Las Vegas where you get huge numbers of visitors from out of state. Tourism is the main reason Vegas exists, so making it harder on tourists is ridiculously stupid. Secondly, and probably most importantly, if you want me to go inside, post a sign saying go inside. Don't have your pump keep asking me for a pin number for a credit card. That is just ridiculously stupid! Then when I went inside I gave the cashier my credit card so I could fill up and she said she needed me to give her the dollar amount for how much gas I was getting. I wanted to fill up, I don't know how much it is going to take to fill up the tank. You have my credit card, just turn on the damn pump! I took my card back and went to another station. On a previous trip when I wasn't getting gas and just wanted a drink they had a big sign out front for 79 cent fountain drinks, but they were remodeling and the soda fountain was closed. Why have the sign out front if your soda fountain is closed for remodeling?!?! This place is just horrible and should be closed down. read more

Today was my first day out and about during Covid. As a need to be cautious as a high risk person, safety is my main priority I will not be back to this gas station. Reason being their employees do not care about social distancing nor do they care about basic human decency. My boyfriend was trying to pump gas and a girl was a foot away from him. She's at my car right behind my gas tank. TOO close being breathing distance from him. I asked her to just take a step back to be closer to the 6 foot away from us law. She was aggressively super rude and REFUSED to back away from MY boyfriend while she's breathing on his neck with her Mask which was NOT COVERING HER FACE with the excuse that she is "checking the pump to see if there's a leak... soooo WHY does that REQUIRE you to be breathing down my mans throat during a pandemic.... it was SO infuriating to be belittled and harassed by this female employee at 7pm today. Horrible employee, needs to be fired or taught respect and basic human decency towards others and IF my man ends up getting sick, i would point blame HER. The gas here is a very good price. But the reason why I'm giving it one star is because of the AWFUL customer service. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. Both employees who worked there (which I shall not name) had very nasty attitudes. I walked up to the register and asked if I needed a key to use the restroom ,and the employee replied with an attitude "well of course you need a key to get in, its locked. Go ask the lady in the back to open it for you". First of all, that's the reason why I asked because I wasn't sure if someone was in there so I need to wait or if I needed a key to get in. So then I walked towards the back to where the second employee was and patiently waited for her to turn around so I could ask her to unlock the bathroom door for me. There was also a gentleman standing by the restroom, so I asked him if he was waiting for her to unlock the door for him as well and he told me there was someone already in the men's restroom and he's just waiting for him to come out. And I guess the lady overheard us and turned around and said "there's someone in the men's restroom so you need to wait" and proceeded to yell to the employee at the register that there was already someone in the men's restroom all while completely ignoring me (a woman) waiting for her to open the women's restroom for me. So then I asked her if there was someone in the lady's room as well and with a nasty attitude replied with "no there's no man in the women's bathroom, Why would there be a man in the woman's bathroom?" I began to tell her that that was not what I meant and explained to her that I asked if there was someone in the women's restroom not if there was a man in the lady's restroom.
