Despite two or three brusque to the point of rude interactions with employees here over the last three years, I was still perfectly happy with the place. Part of the reason I buy in bulk is to avoid extra packaging and bringing home endless plastic bags, so I have some rip-stop nylon reusable bags I use. the last time I was here, one of the employees stopped me to say I couldn't use the bags because then they'd be liable for anything that might happen to "the product" from being in those bags. She actually made me dump out my bags back into the bins (would they not then be liable for every purchase made from that bin afterwards?) and also told me, when asked, that I couldn't reuse their plastic bags. She couldn't give me any idea what it was I might hold them liable for. I had about $40 worth of nuts that I was going to buy in addition to the stuff I dumped back. I put it all back and won't be shopping there again. The fact that they're willing to turn away a regular customer over some unidentifiable problem that has never happened and likely never will is too ridiculous.
