It was honestly disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable, especially noticing the difference in how customers were being treated. Thankfully, Kelly stepped up and showed what real customer service should look like. She was attentive, respectful, and made sure I was taken care of right away. If it weren't for Kelly, this review would have been very different. Management should take note, she's the standard of how customers should be treated.
