Even when I ask, only one side of the car is sprayed--often not the back at all. This is now the second complaint I've had about this exact issue at this location. At this point, it's not an isolated incident; it's a recurring problem. It's winter, when salt buildup is already a major concern. Between the high prices and incomplete service, I'm leaving with salt still on my vehicle after paying for what should be a thorough wash. That is unacceptable. This level of service does not match the price point, and this location seriously needs to do better. (Edit) To be completely honest I understand going in twice to get the salt off but why do i have to feel like a burden by asking to spray the car? It takes 10 seconds to do that and it wasn't that busy at the time I drove my car through the car wash. So to even say it depends on how busy we are if we can get to it. There should be no exceptions if I ask to spray the car down and the car wash is $40.
