I…read moreused their car wash using the Wash n Run subscription that Exxon has, and the machine didn't fully wash all the soap off my car. The dryer also stopped halfway and didn't totally dry my car (left half the car dry and half still wet). I went to tell them that the car wash didn't work very well and to ask if they could rinse the rest of the soap off. Instead of being polite, the cashier said I didn't have a transaction and didn't want to help me. I said I could show him the soap residing on the car and the app to prove that I did get a car wash, and he simply pointed to his computer and said it's not showing up. After asking if I could use a hose or something to rinse off the soap, he just kept pointing to his computer, not showing me the screen, and saying I didn't have a transaction. With my patience dissipated, I said, "I have to say that your customer service is not the best," and he replied, great, good bye. Hmmmm... Pretty dismayed with how the situation was dealt with (not to mention the soap drying on a half wet and half dry car). The self service gas area seems fine but I would stay clear of anything needing any customer service or their car wash.

Exxoff…read more This is a wonderful Exxon station which we've been to on many occasions, and they're very friendly and they have some decent products, and the convenience store is good, even though they're obviously overpriced. One of the best things about them is that they have a fairly clean bathroom that's usually open, but lately it hasn't been open, and they've been locking it, and that wasn't for Coronavirus, only literally the last month, which is kind of annoying. Hopefully they'll fix that in the near future because to say I'm not a fan would be a massive understatement. They'd get 5 stars if the ban yo became available again.

This is a good Shell station at Kirkwood and Bellaire which often has cheaper gas prices than a lot of other stations around town, although it's pretty much in keeping with a lot of the cheap stations in this part of town. They sell 66 Phillips gas and have a humongous store that reminds me of Buc-ee's on major freeways to nearby cities. Service was excellent. Employees were very friendly. Stuff is neatly stocked on the shelves. I came here for a drink. I got curious with Watermelon Iced Tea, sweetened and unsweetened. I mixed them in my cup, because I don't like sweet teas. The taste was surprisingly good. It's definitely made with real tea. I don't care about where the flavor came from. It wasn't overwhelming. I will try different flavors next time. Besides the convenient store, there's a food stand to the west side of the footprint. The food smells so good. I was attracted to "Pizza Wedge". I guess it's the Oklahoma way of saying slice of pizza. Prices are fairly inexpensive. I would definitely come back to try the food. I saw the seating area was open.

My only problem is the low ground near the tire pump. When it rains, water queued up and the puddle stinks like a sewer line. Not just the cheaper gas, but I also come here for quick grabs at any time. In fact, this store does not close. It's a true 24/7 store. My other favorite is the gas prices do not have hidden charges. I hear get hit during bright daylight. I would never come here after dark. Employee was friendlier compared to the other Qmart at SW Freeway and Gessner. The store was clean, maybe because it's new. Who knew…read more This Phillips station right in the heart of Chinatown will get you gas when you're heading North on Wilcrest - or east on Bellaire. It usually has average prices and is very conveniently located right on the corner. It's out on Bellaire next to Lee's Sandwiches and the prices usually aren't that cheap - but it's cool to have a gas station here right in the middle of Chinatown that is exactly where you want it to be. So I'm glad it's here even though I probably avoid getting gas here unless we're kind of urgent, kind of low, and we're right here getting sandwiches or running late for something.
