I don't know what she was looking down at but she could've made eye contact and said, "Hi, I'll be right with you". Finally, she acknowledge me and I was able to ask her for what I needed. She told me I had to show my ID, which I didn't have because I walked from my hotel, the Marriott close by and I'm in my 40s. To purchase this item you need to be 18. Are you kidding me?!! Then she points to a sign that says, under 40 you need to show ID, well I'm over 40 and you can tell. I've turned 18 twice and then some! Annoyed I went back to my hotel room to grab my license. When I return she's outside, sees me walk by, and doesn't say anything - allowing me to try to open the door, which was locked!! I thought maybe someone else was in there tending the store/register. I asked her if she could now sell me the item ($50+) and she said she couldn't because she was busy outside. Wow.....the worst customer service ever!! Over her nonsense I simply walked across the street to the Chevron and was greeted by a nice young lady who sold me what I needed. As seen in a previous review, the Circle K manager is straight up rude!! Other review platforms say the same, stay away. She doesn't deserve anyone's business. Do yourself a favor and head over to the Chevron that's right next door. It's bigger, cleaner, and has much better customer service.

Publix is the premier supermarket in the southeastern part of the United States and they definitely are deservedly so. Their customer service is unparalleled and that is just the start. The stores are esthetically pleasing they have great BOGO deals (buy one, get one free) and any review of Publix has to mention their deli and the subs that come out of these delis. These subs are affectionately known as Pub Subs and are an amazing sub, especially considering that they come from a supermarket. My go-to is probably their Italian, though i do get their roast beef quite a bit, as well. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix or any location really. I will give it a well-deserved five stars.
