Nice business, open during Covid, clean. Very accessible on the main road and nice to be able to stop.

Immediately all of the staff (I'm not exaggerating) jumped in to help find him. Staging employees at every possible exit/entry. It was clear these employees had strict training in which they carried out seamlessly. After 15-20 min they found him hiding with a toy in hand, His sneeze gave him away. Once he was found my husband overheard employees stating that he was found, which he ran over and asked where he was. It wasn't until the employee confirmed he was the father that he gave him any information of his whereabouts, we were impressed to say the least. As much as every parent can say this will never happen to them, the fact of the matter is it does and can. It's not about if and when it does happen though, it's how the people around you support you in times it does. If it wasn't already obvious, I have nothing but trust my son's safety was top priority to these employees today. I'm not generally one to write reviews like this, but getting my son back safe and sound today- this is the least I can do. This is the stuff that truly matters, as humans and employees and I'm so grateful.

I wish I could give this a negative star. This place has become so revolting I couldn't stomach the…read moreidea of eating the bacteria ridden food they tried serving up. It's a health code violation smorgaspord with the new owner. I can't wait until it gets shut down so someone else can take it over and bring it back to it's former glory. I'll elaborate.. We tried to call in our order but couldn't get through. So we stopped in and discovered the phone had been left off the hook. I believe this was done on purpose because the incompetent cook couldn't handle the one order he was making when we arrived. So patiently we waited for our food for about 15 minutes. Finally it was ready, well only half of it. The cook, in his incompetence, destroyed our pizza and had only made the subs (not successfully). We later discovered that despite having ordered two of the same subs, they were completely different in appearance. One had been wrapped in saran wrap and was soggy and nasty, the other was just as gross. The meat was old, the bread was stale. They were inedible. Back to the pizzas.. after destroying our first pizza we were told it would only be a minute. Well this was a blatant lie since the pizza had to be remade from scratch. We were not informed that the pizza was beyond saving initially so having to sit around for another 15-20 minutes wasn't what we had in mind. A decent person would have offered up a free pizza for the inconvenience but the teenage girl decided to offer up some attitude instead. She was outraged by our request for the compensation and went berserk. We were told that under no circumstance would we be allowed to both get our money back and leave with the pizza. It was uncalled for considering how much trouble we'd gone through just to get the measly pizza. Apparently being rude stressed the girl out that she had to stop what she was doing and go smoke a cigarette, neglecting to wash her hands before returning to prepare our food without gloves. This made me want to puke. Then some strange women who apparently birthed the incompetent cook decided to help him by handling the food with her revolting 1inch long nails. She didn't wash her hands or wear gloves either. So when the pizza finally came out we decided to just get our money back instead and take our business elsewhere. It ended up costing us an hour of our lives that we can never get back but it was worth avoiding the food poisoning we were sure to suffer if we took the pizza. We called the owner to complain but he was unsympathetic. I hope it was worth not giving us the pizzas because he had to waste two of them and give us our money back anyway. He can thank the staff he chose to employ. I also want to mention when a 2 star review was posted on their Facebook page that wasn't nearly as detailed, they reported it to have it removed. Apparently only good reviews are allowed, such an accurate reflection of their heinous business practices. So again, I can't wait for this place to be shut down so we can go back being loyal happy customers. Until then, R.I.P Twombly's. You'll be missed.

The man who took my order asked if he could answer the phone before I finished. He answered anyways before I could reply. He proceeded to take a lengthy order (12 sandwiches) then processed that ahead of my 2 simply meatball subs. I waited 30 minutes before I demanded my money back.
