It was not only the cleanest ethnic store I've visited but probably the cleanest grocery store in the area of any kind. It was spacious and pristinely organized. It seemed like there were recent renovations done at this store. Customers seemed like regulars and most were interested in the produce section. They carry a decent selection of Indian groceries and essentials, which was convenient. I did not see any food from other Asian countries. There's almost an aisle of fragrant spices that adds to the experience of visiting the store. Lots of discounts in this category. There's a massive refrigerator with decently priced frozen foods. They're great options if you don't want to invest in a meal at a restaurant but want to try a variety of dishes. There are also souvenirs, personal care products, and more. Produce section had great looking and fresh veggies. It's safe to say that if you're cooking Indian dishes, you'll find all the ingredients here. I purchased some Indian sweets to try. There are a lot of signs about final sales in the frozen aisle and spices. Make sure that you read the signs and commit to your purchase. Prices on most items are not clear or posted. There is a limited selection of prepared foods at checkout. Mostly they're sweets, all imported from Canada. They looked really presentable and vibrant. Still, the experience was a bit disappointing due to the attitude of the employees. It was very directly unwelcoming. That's considering that I was in the store maybe for only 15 minutes. I was surprised to be honest. It would have been an opportunity to upsell something or share traditions. I would have loved that. It's always nice when local businesses make you feel comfortable, and that just wasn't the case here. Clean store and impressive selection, but the customer service really needs improvement.

Today, I counted 8 people behind the counter working very fast during the Sunday morning rush. I probably come here when I need my venti iced coffee with almond milk fix about once a month, since Starbucks is so expensive and the beans aren't that great, I dont come here more often. But it isn't the staffs' fault - it's the price and quality. But we all have caffeine needs that need to be taken care of immediately haha!

I put up a copy of the advertisement from their instagram sight and I could be wrong but NOWHERE does it say in store offer only! That's false advertising. Biggby customer service can't even admit when they are wrong and try to make it right! The drinks were average at best, a little bit above gas station coffee, one of my drinks was the wrong size. The food was average to bland. I placed my order at 8:45am, 2 of the sandwiches I ordered were with everything bagels and my order was excepted online and completed and I was sent an email that what I had ordered was properly completed.Once I got there to pick up my food I was informed they were all out of everything bagels a mere 3 hours after opening and there first week of being open. There wasn't even a huge line, there were 2 cars in line and I was close by and could see that they hadn't been busy. I asked for 2 Asiago bagels instead and they said ok, 5 minutes later I was told they only had 1 Asiago and the other would have to be a plain bagel. I wasn't even offered any kind of discount or apology for not having what i ordered. So the new store first thing in the morning is out of 2 of the 3 types of bagels they have and the food was very bland. Plus the waffle sausage egg and cheese sandwich was bland plus the price was higher than most and for what you get not completely worth it.
