But it's clean, it's right off the interstate and has a good store attached for all your quick travel snacks and needs. Quality is decent. Services provided are what you'd expect from any gas station really. It's always hard to review gas stations because there's nothing like surprising to report - they serve gas. And snacks. With the gas light on in the car on our drive to Tucson, we exited at the Casa Grande exit assuming…read morethere would be a gas station close by. NOPE - we were wrong! We had to drive a good 10 miles or so before we came across this lone station, and so although we were psyched to put gas in the car, we were extremely disappointed by the station itself. The indoor restrooms had signs on them that said "Bathroom no work. Use port-a-potty outside." I asked the employees if there was anyway that I could use the indoor bathrooms since it was dark, cold, and rainy outside, and they said no. One employee even went so far as to tell us to just go outside instead of using the port-a-potty. When I asked her if that's what she does, she said that she goes all the way home when she has to go... Needless to say, I decided to 'hold it' and wait until we arrived in Tucson to go. The gas station did have ample munchies, drinks, etc... as you would expect from a Shell station. My suggestion, however, is to make sure you have plenty of gas when traveling to Tucson from Phoenix (and vice-versa) so you don't have to stop in Casa Grande!

I don't normally write reviews for convenience stores, but I had to share this disappointing…read moresituation. My niece wanted a soda, so I pulled in and waited while she went in. She has disabilities so when she didn't come out after 5 minutes I went in to check on her. She was waiting in a line of 10 people. There was one cashier and it was her first day. No one helping her. The customer she was working with was having her check lottery tickets and the cashier had to go get help twice. Each time the manager came out, answered the question and went back to the office without offering to open another register or help in anyway. The cashier was flustered but giving it a go and trying to remain positive. Fortunately the people waiting were being patient, but 15 minutes to buy a $3 soda was ridiculous. I'm giving three stars cuz the cashier was doing the best she could. But shame on you, CircleK management!
