Head cashier showing the new guy how to ring out while handling a problem on another register. Process my CC and go to leave. Wait this shouldn't be $25. There's a Pet charge for 11.76 with no UPC after everything was rung up. Cashier tries to call her boss on vacation, tries to call her boss's boss, tries to call corporate. They say check the camera to see what else was rung up - nothing. Send me a pic of the receipt. No one knows what happened or how to remove the extra charge from my card. After waiting for almost TWO hours the 3 working cashiers step up and try to take cash back on their Chime cards to give me cash from their own pockets but the cards won't go through. New guy comes up and says he'll use his credit card, card won't go through. CC machines are down everyone has to use cash. Head cashier finally breaks down and take cash from the register to refund me 11.76. She is in tears - her register will be short and she will be written up. PLEASE do not let this happen. These customer oriented employees are the kind you want to keep. Please do not let this woman get written up for solving the customers problem when no one else could.....

They have several restaurants attached to the store. It was very clean and bright, so inviting. There was a lot of great snacks and eating area inside. I like that they don't have self checkout and the employees are usually pretty friendly and quick. At peak times they have a couple lanes open. The pharmacy is great. And it's convenient that they have a state liquor agency.

The manager hires only the nicest people pleasers. This store is always kept clean, tidy and occasionally you'll find a rack of clearance snacks and whatnot (is that a word?) of miscellaneous stuff. The gas is usually decently priced, if you don't want to scout prices - almost always cheaper than Getgo. I've only had one incident where something needed returned- handled with class and customer satisfaction. I don't usually name names because reviews should be about the overall feel of a spot (in my opinion), today I just had to pull out my phone and 'shout-this' team out. Yes, they treat you like your business matters! Yes, the store is small- but they do offer hot pizza and treats for those with late night munchies. Also, I've seen rude customers, and the employee (with glasses), kept his cool. I was really impressed. I just like the hometown feel of this place.
