I purchased a small can of hairspray for my wife at this store (cost me $8.10) early in the morning…read more- from the owner who happens to be a kind Asian man. When I returned home, my wife informed me that I got the wrong thing & she asked me to return it. A couple of hours later, I returned to the store to find the man's Asian wife behind the counter this time. I politely explained to her that I'd mistakenly purchased the wrong item & needed to return it. She immediately became irate and pointed to a sign in the store that said: NO RETURNS ON PIPES AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS. I was a little confused and nicely explained that this item did not fall into that category. Her next approach was to tell me that SHE was not the one who sold it to me so I wasn't getting my money back. Her anger and tone completely shocked me! It wasn't like I was a complete stranger off the street or something (which realistically shouldn't have been a problem even if I were) but I live nearby and I am a fairly regular customer; I'm in their store frequently purchasing things. This is the first time I ever wanted to "return" something - and it was simply because I had purchased the wrong thing. Regardless, I asked her if she could call her husband and we can confirm that I had just purchased this (still perfect & unopened) item this morning. She screamed, "NOOO!" at me and then pointed at the door and screamed, "YOU! GET OUT OF MY STORE!!! GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT! DON'T COME BACK!" I literally stood there in shock for a couple of seconds - not quite believing what was happening here.... I have no doubt that she has a sore throat right now from SCREAMING so loudly at me - all because I tried to return an item I'd purchased by mistake! For some odd reason, she didn't want to take back her product and return the $8.10 I'd just paid for it. I stepped back away from the counter when she started screaming at the top of her lungs (her crazy & erratic behaviour actually rattled me quite a bit and I'm a grown man).... I reached for the door to just leave the store before she damaged my ear drums (and her own vocal chords). As I stepped outside, I looked back at her and she had grabbed a can of air freshener and was spraying the area where I'd been standing and speaking with her in front of the counter. Not sure what she was trying to imply - that I smell funny?? For the record, I never leave the house without a shower and I am quite certain I didn't have some kind of "bad odour" lingering on me - so I really don't know what kind of point she was trying to make in doing that. I left the store and returned home again with that can of hairspray, thinking it's best that I never return to give Stormy's Variety my business ever again (which again was quite a lot each week!) It's not only because she was extremely rude, refused to accommodate a customer's return of a product, SCREAMED at me (while I remained calm & extremely polite), kicked me out of her store & then attempted to insult me(?) by spraying the area in which I'd stood speaking with her, etc. Those things aside, I don't want to go in that store ever again because I'm actually convinced that the woman is CRAZY!! She behaved like an absolute LUNATIC! A part of me wonders if the right thing for me to have done would've been to call the police and/or an ambulance. Not kidding! She went completely off her rocker! I seriously think something is wrong with her and she should not be dealing with customers or the public in any way at all - EVER! She fills up with an immediate EXPLOSION OF PSYCHO RAGE at such a simple thing - which is entirely my right as a customer. She does not have any signed in her store that says: NO RETURNS ON ANYTHING! The only sign there says no returns on tobacco products and pipes. Wouldn't that imply that returning anything else should be handled smoothly and without any explosions of crazy rage on an innocent and unsuspecting customer?! She's pretty terrifying. So glad it was 'me' that she blew up on and not my wife! I would advise any normal human being to shop elsewhere. There are other stores in the area... most definitely stores who don't abuse their customers! Wow!

DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS STORE**** The ATM took $340 out of my account without my card or me…read morebeing in town. I explained it to the employees the Asian couple. He said not my problem call atm. I said okay where is the number their wasnt one on the machine. He shouted back and forth with his wife. Walked over to the ATM to point out the number. When he seen their was no number he all of sudden didnt speak English. I frequent that store and have daily for years. I said cut the bs and give me the number. You speak perfect English I've talked to you for years. He said okay here wrote the number down and said there. As if that solved the issue, when filing a police report for fraud he told the police the cameras only record 24 hours it had been 18. So he wouldnt help me the customer or the police. This happened on Jan 5 2018 its now the 19th and no solutions. Disrespectful crooks he make a living ripping people off selling unfrozen food, outdated products and prices so high you'd think you were on vacation. Avoid this place at all cost or it will cost you
