It's fine, apparently you don't have a special going. Continues weirdly smiling like he's on edibles or something. Walk out the door and the bag he put all of my drinks in instantly fails and the drinks go rolling all over the place. Hard to find good help these days.

In the process hurt my foot ended up with a swollen toe and the side of my foot bruised. I informed the cashier and he laughed and said yes that happens and went to clean it up but i already had. I informed the company with an email just to let them know about this situation and was informed they would let the district manager know of the situation and would be reached out to. It has now been three weeks and haven't gotten and email or phone call and am very disappointed in this. No apology or anything from the store.

They get the true meaning of hospitality. It's the kind of place where you might invent an errand just for the sake of catching up with whatever's going on in the neighborhood, perhaps glance at the front page of the Union Leader. Irving is pretty good and is my 2nd choice for gas in the area. The onsite convenience store is named "Red Lantern" and not the typical "Circle K" like most of the Irving's have. I did not go in the store this time but will update here another time. I did notice that this Irving's gas is a few cents more than the other Irving down on Rt 28.

I had an incident back in November of 2024 with the car wash damaging my truck. I went through the…read morewhole claims process and got an estimate for the repairs. When I went to submit the estimate, I was ignored on multiple phone calls and multiple emails to multiple different people. When I called customer service, they told me to call the location. When I called the location, they told me that they submitted the claim and there's nothing they could do from there. It's a significant gouge out of the paint that's gonna cost me a pretty penny to get fixed. The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional. Ignoring phone calls and emails is just downright disrespectful. I was very understanding and patient through the whole process and it was not repaid in the slightest. I'm stuck at a dead end with no answers and a not so nice bill to pay for repairs. Extremely upsetting overall.

This was our place, there is one staff member a taller lady with medium length grayish white hair and glasses. She is SO friendly and we enjoy chatting with her whenever we go in. But, one day a different man was there, he was older with dark rimmed glasses and super short (balding) hair. We always go to stock up on snacks and drinks for the week and he was SUPER rude to me and my boyfriend, tried charging us twice for an item claiming it "hadn't been scanned" until my boyfriend called him on it.
