I'm not talking about making mistakes. I'm talking about literally making people stand at the counter and wait while she stares at her phone from her seat and ignores them. And then, once she decides she has to deal with the customer so that she can go back to staring at her phone undisturbed, she will begrudgingly "help" without speaking and looking thoroughly inconvenienced. It's so bad that it almost doesn't even seem possible.
