The date of service came and went, and I received a text stating the crew was delayed a few days but he would be in touch. The next day, after not receiving a response, I tried to call and text but Jamie's number was disconnected. As of today, a month later, I have not received a response or a refund. I am writing this review so that other people do not end up in a situation like this and also in the hopes I can get my money back without pursuing this company legally.

We called him (after recommendation from our friend/realtor) with a very tight timeframe and he was able to come out the very next day and started work a few days later. His pricing was competitive and he is licensed and bonded, which was important to us as we had vaulted ceilings. He also uses quality paint, not builder grade, which was included in the price. We had removed popcorn ceiling and had them paint directly on the sheetrock. Unfortunately, even after a few coats, the way the light hit in one of the rooms, you could ever so slightly the lines on the ceiling where the joint compound was. After one text to Richard, he came back the very next day and added additional coats until it was no longer visible, without hesitation or question. Great customer service and very responsive!
