Review Visit: November 6th, 2016…read more The name in all honesty should be... Endless Records. While killing time in St. Louis, MO, I decided to stop by this music store to see what they offered. Well, they offer endless vinyl to pour over. Endless cds to browse. Endless vhs tapes to get at a cheap price. They had it all and then some. Rows and rows and rows of cds, vinyls, dvds, vhs tapes. Boxes and boxes of the same all over the place. If you are claustrophobic, this store is not for you. If you are a music lover, this store is for you. If you are both... well take your chance and maybe find something cool or unique. The prices on everything seems pretty good, if not a bit cheap. Every artist I thought of, I found something from them. Even happened upon bands I haven't heard of in forever. They do take trade-ins if you are looking to offload rare music stuff or music players. Quite a great little stop if you love music or vinyl or clutter. I tried to capture the charm and the quantity of stuff available in my photos, so you can see what I am talking about.

I collect and play retro video games, and so I went there and bought a NES game. It's pins were really dirty, and I didn't see that until after I put the game in my NES. And yep even without seeing their mouths; their eyes, tone, and body language welcomed us right in. We had a great time joking and taking about our favorite characters. All of our questions were answered and that included a beer breakdown for my husband. We got a Storm figurine that I am in love with and a few other pieces, included some work by a local artist. I guess next time, we'll bring the kids and let them join in the fun.

I had a Cinna-Maple Latte because it's my absolute favorite kind of coffee to have and it was really good for a cold February night in St. Louis. I love that the owner/barista did not make assumptions on what kind of milk I wanted, he actually asked me what kind of milk did I want in my latte. That was greatly appreciated and my stomach thanks you! I will return!

I came here last night looking for a coffee shop late last night for my iced caramel latte. This place has been on my list of places to visit in STL, and I finally did it last night. My visit for an iced caramel latte turned into a delightful surprise. It was a quick in and out, but I stayed longer than planned. The shop was hosting a music open night, and I enjoyed a live performance until closing time. I shall visit again during the day, check out their book selection, and stay in to enjoy my cuppa.

But, instead, he took a ton of time to fill me in on what he was doing, history of the architecture of the place/pipes, showing me his method, helping me understand what was involved, searching for the outside thing covered by weeds in the backyard (not his fault, took up his time!), and simply providing me an education in something that probably another person could have ignored and just provided the results. The space inside feels older, it has characters & that bookstore feel you can't explain. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the store was! They did a really good job of organizing books so it wasn't hard to find what I was looking for and in addition to it was easy to browse I ended up spending over an hour just looking around. The downstairs area also has a used book area which I love because it makes them more affordable which helping someone explore an older book for the first time. Anytime I'm in the area I'll be popping in to see what's new (or used) and grab a few books. I highly recommend for anyone wanting to surf through hard copies of books to pick what's right for them. They also had a section of items you can gift as well!
