We did not like Sullivan's rep and approach. It felt very aggressive and rubbed both my wife and I the wrong way. We did additional research and stumbled onto John with JPJ and am SO HAPPY we did. John came out and looked at our system and explained how we can't do work until the septic fills back up to understand if the pump is broken or not.
