Responses by email and text are quick and they answer the phone or call back promptly. Highly recommend for plumbing and water heater service! I started off having them do some plumbing work for me to correct issues identified during a water meter replacement. They did a great job so I quoted for some more work - a leaky toilet valve, replacing the main water shutoff gate valve that leaks by, and a spigot that cannot decide whether it leaks or no. They sent thorough quotes that gave me all the necessary information to gather comps (none of which were comparable in price or thoroughness). I decided to move forward with the water heater and leaky toilet valve (when it rains it pours; AC went out at the same time I needed this job) and Tim showed up right at 9. He was polite and respectful and got right to work. He brought the new water heater in on a dolly, appropriately strapped and used a part of the cardboard box to protect the unit from the ratchet strap. When he had to run out for a part, he let me know and went to get it. The water heater install and toilet valve replacement took around 3 hours. I did a goof and moved cash to the wrong bank account and didn't have my checking account funded on the day of service. I called and talked to Audrey while Tim was still on site and she said it was totally fine to write a check that would be ready to cash on Friday (it's a Wednesday currently). Customer service is top notch and a great example of why to keep using independently owned businesses when private equity and corporate options seem like an easier option. One consideration is that of the 4-5 times Front Range Water Heater employees have been at my house, none have covered their shoes. For service professionals entering a home in all weather conditions and going back and forth to the nasty crawl space, that's a level of respect to the homeowner that I hope for every time and rarely encounter these days. So I'm not docking them for it but I do hope they consider the practice.

We initially consulted with Sullivan Septic. They charged us nearly $1,000 to drain our system and then wanted to charge another $1,000 to replace the pump. We did not like Sullivan's rep and approach. It felt very aggressive and rubbed both my wife and I the wrong way. We did additional research and stumbled onto John with JPJ and am SO HAPPY we did. John came out and looked at our system and explained how we can't do work until the septic fills back up to understand if the pump is broken or not. Ends up, a few months later, our pump was indeed broken. John came out the next day, replaced it, and for nearly half the price that Sullivan quoted. Great service. Great company. Very pleased and highly recommend.

well i was up a creek. service line broke to the house and flooded half my basement. what a mess…read more called gopher excavation and rex promptly showed up and located the leak. rex got on the job as soon as i said go. i was worried about how much damage to my landscaping. even after having to deal with unknown gas main. well they did one heck of a job. cant even tell anything was done... couldn't be happier. they even re ran the waterline on the inside of my house because the builder was an idiot and ran the service halfway under my house. now i do t have to ever deal with it again. hell of a job rex... damn satisfied. i would recommend gopher excavation anytime. and as for customer service, damn good and prompt. i didnt have a problem.
