It's located a bit further into the plaza whereas the regular Cinepolis is located right at the entrance. I think it's safe to say I've been here over 50 times. At one point in my life I used to watch a movie here twice every month. The workers are all so friendly and helpful. There's a nice lounge near the concession area that you can use if while you're waiting for your viewing room to open up. They have a menu that's exclusive to the VIP theatre. If you're running late and didn't have time to stop at the concession stand, you're able to order directly from your seat within the viewing room. It's usually pretty clean and I've never had a problem getting my tickets. The reclining chairs are comfortable, and while I rarely consume alcoholic beverages in movie theaters, I think it's great that they have the option for those that do. The crepes are my favorite snack. My favorite is blackberry jam with cream cheese.

It's located inside the mall and there is ample parking at the mall parking lot. Upon walking up there was no one working the ticket counter but after a brief wait we were asked what movie we wanted to see and purchased our tickets. It looked as though they were a bit understaffed because the person at the ticket counter then had to run behind the snack counter to help another customer. They have comfortable chairs but it smelled a bit mildewy when we walked in the theater. It could have been because it was the first showing of the day and the air conditioning had been off. The smell went away pretty quickly and the sound and picture were great.

It's a great experience even for a regular cinema. I love how they have different flavors of popcorn. Last time I went, they had a cheesey mix flavor, regular butter flavor, and a chili flavor. There's also a small coffee shop in the theater next to the popcorn/snack sale area. Sometimes they even have a crepe stand that sells both sweet and savory crepes. It's usually between the popcorn sale area and the coffee shop. I know that Cinepolis has a few locations in California as well. I'll have to make a visit to see if they're as good as the ones in Mexico.

Con: depends on the day and movie; it can get super packed, the entrance to purchase tickets can get long and extend to the streets; can be dangerous if no one pays attention. Bathroom is outdated, sometimes no hand soap or they run out of bathroom tissues or napkins. Other than that; such a great deal for new movie releases and in the comfort of your car. You can bring snacks, food etc; I always bring a pillow and blanked for extra comfort. Make sure to bring a radio if you don't want your car battery to die. Just be careful walking through. I somehow managed to hit 2-3 of my friends feet getting to my seat lol. My only complaint is that Theater 13 was super warm for the Michael Jackson movie. I thought I was tripping, but my friend said the same and she doesn't get hot easily. It got pretty uncomfortable from the heat and I considered leaving at one point. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars! Parking here can be rough on the wrong day! If you're coming on a weekend to see a big movie, just give yourself extra time to find parking. AMC Promenade 24 is by far the most economical movie theatre around town! Prices are reasonable (adults $8 for matinee & kids $7). I can't say enough good things about the cleanliness of the restrooms and auditoriums. The concession stands were definitely high-priced $$$. Next time I'll have to sneak in a few treats! But my overall sensory experience was absolutely great- sound and picture quality was on par, seating chairs were comfy (reclined a tad bit), and the staff interaction was excellent! The regular Cinepolis has regular seating arrangements, and you have to buy your food and drinks at the concession stands outside. The cleanliness here isn't bad at all, and it is rather safe. I've been to this one before and it isn't bad. However, much how I'm used to going to iPic theaters back home, I like getting similar treatment when I travel. The VIP Cinepolis will give you just that. The chairs recline, and you get a pillow and blanket to keep you warm. You can order food, drinks (both alcoholic and virgin), and snacks right from your seat. The attendants there are good with service, and the place is clean. Whichever option you pick, you'll have a great movie-going experience here.
