Very cool place! Theater is nice and clean. Seats are comfortable. And you can't beat the cheap entrance prices. The food is great too

The worst service ever. I was waiting 30 minutes for a hot tea. They don't know what they're doing- sad.

It's located a bit further into the plaza whereas the regular Cinepolis is located right at the entrance. I think it's safe to say I've been here over 50 times. At one point in my life I used to watch a movie here twice every month. The workers are all so friendly and helpful. There's a nice lounge near the concession area that you can use if while you're waiting for your viewing room to open up. They have a menu that's exclusive to the VIP theatre. If you're running late and didn't have time to stop at the concession stand, you're able to order directly from your seat within the viewing room. It's usually pretty clean and I've never had a problem getting my tickets. The reclining chairs are comfortable, and while I rarely consume alcoholic beverages in movie theaters, I think it's great that they have the option for those that do. The crepes are my favorite snack. My favorite is blackberry jam with cream cheese.

It's located inside the mall and there is ample parking at the mall parking lot. Upon walking up there was no one working the ticket counter but after a brief wait we were asked what movie we wanted to see and purchased our tickets. It looked as though they were a bit understaffed because the person at the ticket counter then had to run behind the snack counter to help another customer. They have comfortable chairs but it smelled a bit mildewy when we walked in the theater. It could have been because it was the first showing of the day and the air conditioning had been off. The smell went away pretty quickly and the sound and picture were great.

There are three screens; playing different movies and plenty of parking spots. They are open Friday to Sunday for the drive in movies. They also occupy this space for swampmeet on certain days. Pro: lots of parking spots, bathroom for use, snack bar (cash only); friendly staff. Con: depends on the day and movie; it can get super packed, the entrance to purchase tickets can get long and extend to the streets; can be dangerous if no one pays attention. Bathroom is outdated, sometimes no hand soap or they run out of bathroom tissues or napkins. Other than that; such a great deal for new movie releases and in the comfort of your car. You can bring snacks, food etc; I always bring a pillow and blanked for extra comfort. Make sure to bring a radio if you don't want your car battery to die. I got one from Amazon for $20; such a great bargain and great system.

If you're tired of the loud chewers or the people who talk during movies, this is also perfect for you!!! You can park reverse and sit in your trunk to watch the movie, or even bring your own chairs! You just need your car radio to the station. I would recommend bring a portable radio. They have a stand with all kinds of snacks! Honestly I'm so happy with this theater I can't wait to go back!

Popcorn taste good and the inside lobby and theaters are usually clean. I recently started doing the IMAX here and the seats aren't too bad. They're pretty spacious and recline just a smidge. If no one's sitting in front of you, you can def put your feet up and relax someone was in front of me so I couldn't stretch out. I'm not picky with seating so I found them nice. Just be careful walking through. I somehow managed to hit 2-3 of my friends feet getting to my seat lol. My only complaint is that Theater 13 was super warm for the Michael Jackson movie. I thought I was tripping, but my friend said the same and she doesn't get hot easily. It got pretty uncomfortable from the heat and I considered leaving at one point. Other than that, I would have given it 5 stars! Parking here can be rough on the wrong day! If you're coming on a weekend to see a big movie, just give yourself extra time to find parking. It's a super busy lot but the ticket prices are super budget friendly so that makes up for it.

How can you not embrace that? For weeks my son has been begging to watch Super Mario Bros 2! So we finally set up a boyz date to watch the film. AMC Promenade 24 is by far the most economical movie theatre around town! Prices are reasonable (adults $8 for matinee & kids $7). I can't say enough good things about the cleanliness of the restrooms and auditoriums. The concession stands were definitely high-priced $$$. Next time I'll have to sneak in a few treats! But my overall sensory experience was absolutely great- sound and picture quality was on par, seating chairs were comfy (reclined a tad bit), and the staff interaction was excellent! They were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Made our experience even more enjoyable!

The bar on the 3rd story along with the décor looks like it belongs somewhere in Gaslamp. The food was pretty cheap but on the smaller fancier portion size. We got the ceviche, octopus tostada, and shrimp tostada. The ceviche was really good, lots of octopus! It was quite expensive though since if you pay in USD they gave you the exchange rate of 16 (the day we went it's about 19). The shrimp tostada was amazing! The portions of the shrimp were very good, and it tasted so fresh. I also liked my octopus tostada. It was a bit on the smaller side, but I would pay that any time since I can't get it for less than that in the states! Drinks were good, made very much like a craft cocktail place. I got the tamarind pineapple cocktail with mezcal and a tajin rim. Very hipster place...don't have straws as well. Staff spoke English and was polite.
