This is one of worse experiences I've had. The energy was off the vibes were weird. I came here with my girlfriend to get a free drink for her birthday. When we ordered the employees were visibly upset to take our order. We saw them making the drink with an attitude face and it really made my girlfriend feel upset. On her birthday mind you. I recommend not coming here, choose a different location or even a different store completely. We did not feel welcomed and we also believe the drink wasn't made to the best ability. This Cinnabon location is at the Mall of Georgia, right next to Game Stop, and JCPenney. I absolutely LOVE Cinnabon, but this location is just a hit or miss. Service is not good, everyone is always rude or seem to have an attitude. Only reason why I keep coming here when I'm at the mall its because their cinnamon rolls are always fresh, and they keep baking them in front of you. Their menu is simple, they have classic cinnamon rolls, center of the roll (the best part), caramel pecan rolls, churros, and bite-sized doughnuts. Refused to sell a 4 pack bc they weren't cooled down. After talking with employees, I'll Call them 'alpha' and 'bravo', for about 10 minutes, they Agreed to take some out and cool them and us come back 45 min later. So we did. 45 min later they still weren't 'cool enough', but employee 'bravo' agreed to go ahead and package them individually and sell at the boxed price. A few minutes go by, then another employee, we'll call her employee 'Charlie' asks if they can help me - I told them employee 'bravo' was helping me and she said 'he's not here - he got off at 3'. So I let her know what he agreed to do and she said she couldn't do that, but I could wait 2 hours until they cooled down and get them at the boxed price. Told her we already waited and they should do what they agreed to do and she refused. I asked her name and she refused. Told her I'd be back to waste their time later bc they had wasted mine today. She accused me of threatening assault. I walked away, got about 40 feet away and she yelled 'ok asshole!' - ACROSS THE MALL! My wife went down and talked for them and they all were laughing - like they knew they had trolled us...Employees 'alpha' and 'bravo' had miraculously reappeared at work. I walked back down and tried to have a conversation with employee 'bravo' but he was not interested in understanding why it was important to deliver the message to me that he couldn't fulfill his promise. He kept saying 'you got the information. What difference does it make if I told you or she did.' We found out that employee 'Charlie' is the manager. Great customer service - NOT. Avoid this location at all costs. Contacted corporate office and reported the whole incident. They told me that the 'franchise leadership team' would be in touch. I use to love to come to Cinnabon. I even avoided the mall since I wouldn't be tempted once I started eating healthier. Since they changed locations the items just haven't been as good. Today is Saturday and I know it's busy and the last thing you want to do is run out of Cinnabon's, but you shouldn't have so many that the customer can tell they have been sitting. I am in line and notice that the couple of people in front of me Cinnabon's are heated in the microwave. I ask about some fresh and was told that they have some in the back and could heat them up. I came to the mall for this and was highly disappointed. They were chewy and not fresh at all. Food itself was ok at this location, no complaints with food. But the service is bad. The two young girls (one with facial piercings) working had ZERO personality. And acted as if they were doing me a favor servicing me. This behavior is unacceptable. I can overlook a lot of things. But bad customer service is hard for me to deal with, especially when employees refuse to smile, greet, thank you, etc. This owner/manager needs to brush up on what they accept. read more

Ok, I did NOT get a cinnabon. I sat next to their NEW location inside the Mall of Georgia. My kids got in the long line to get their Cinnabon fix. The good: It is an excellent looking location. It's very bright, with its own seating. Customers can eat their Cinnabons while watching them get made through a glass wall. The three person staff on this day (12/29/16 @ approx. 5:30pm) handled the flow of customers well. The line was very long, but moved extremely fast. The bad: I saw some things that I thought were obvious food prep cleanliness errors. The two young ladies making the Cinnabons wore hats to supposedly keep hair out of the dough. The problem? One young lady had here long hair cascading over her shoulder toward the front as she leaned over the dough. The other had the back and sides of her hair combed down around her shoulders. There was more hair showing than was under the hats, and the hair was constantly being draped over the dough. I cant imagine that hair isnt going to end up in a Cinnabon. Second, I saw the Manager/Cashier go into the back and come back with a 5 gallon bucket of cold icing. He stuck his uncovered arm up to the elbow down into the bucket with what looked like a trowel to scrape up icing to put into their icing (serving?) bucket out front. Then he proceeded to make serving cups of icing, all with bare hands and arms. Shouldnt he have gloves on? I also didnt see him wash his hands before he started scraping inside the bucket. There was a sink near the cash register but I didnt see him use it after serving customers for about 45 minutes while I sat there. I dont know about you, but the idea of this guys hairy arms in the icing bucket is gross to me. read more

Keep in mind I am not a regular Cinnabon patron at all...I just had a coupon for 4 mini Cinnabons, free. Idk if I got an old batch or if all their dough is this bad....or if you're supposed to eat it fresh right after you buy it....but my Bon Bites were very stale. Very disappointing and shameful, really, because their entire business is based on only a few products. It's like if Starbucks made bad coffee or Dunkin Donuts made stale donuts. Eh, well. This location is at the Mall of Georgia. My sister and I went to share a Cinnabon (our first time visiting a Cinnabon) but when we saw the cashier serve customers (taking money, boxing product.. Ect) and then turn around and touch the raw and cooked product without washing his hands or putting on gloves, we had to ask about their health practices. The gentleman informed us that the employees are not required to wear gloves because they all "keep their hands pretty clean" yet he had just touched money and credit cards without considering the germs they may be carrying. My sister and I canceled our order and will not be back to a Cinnabon again. Absolutely disgusting. read more
