This is a fantastic intimate theatre that hosts some really great events. The cost is very reasonable - most shows are half the price you'd pay in a large city (like Halifax for example), and the facilities are pretty good. It's a historic theatre so keep that in mind - no big fancy comfy seats, but it's got a digital system and they make a great cup of coffee!

Typically they show 2 movies/night on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. You can stay for one or both of the movies. They have a great variety - comedies, scary movies, kid friendly movies. The cost is $25 per carload (3+ people), $18 for a couple, $10 single. Considering it's $10+ for a movie at Cineplex plus their ridiculous food prices... the drive-in is pretty reasonable and is a much more exciting experience! You can stay in your car or bring a portable radio and sit outside. There are washrooms and even a Tim Hortons nearby if you need to grab a coffee for the drive home! If you go to their website you can sign up for emails - the only emails they send are once a week to announce the features playing that weekend and the start time (which changes due to the time the sun sets!). Many attendees complained, the kids were addressed by staff a couple of times but never removed. We addressed the manager after the movie about it. Manager said, "its a kids movie". Inferring rules dont apply in this scenario.
