I went to see the new thriller movie Meaghan after having never been to this theater before. Upon…read morewalking in I was surprised to see a, "masks required," sign in the doorway. The Covid scare has been over for awhile now but I was not going to make a huge deal about it, after all it is just a mask. Luckily most of the people in my party had a mask available. One person in my party did not have a mask so someone had to go get them one. The old man sitting in the lobby had the nerve to make the person in my party stand outside in the 15 degree weather because she had to wait 30 seconds for my friend to get back with a mask. The old man even got up in her face and told her, "good idea," when she eventually stepped outside. I thought this was very unprofessional of this employee. I have also heard a rumor that this same employee would not let a mother of three take shelter in the lobby with her kids during a recent rain storm, as they did not have masks. This old employee needs to relax and learn some professionalism. The only reason I gave a start was because the other employees were respectful.

This place has gotten so good over the years, the food is really good, and well made. The seating within the theaters is really comfortable and relaxing and doesn't get uncomfortable when there are films that are hours and hours long! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone, it has never disappointed me over the years!

I was very pleased with the movie and of course with the quickness at the ticket line. I did however have an issue with the lady at the concessions I had three children with me and I was trying to get her to focus on what I was trying to tell her instead of the kids. I was telling her how many ring pops we were taking as the kids were choosing their colors. She ignored my information on what was happening and started to become short with us and told us we needed to control our children better; they were picking out the candy that was placed on the counter for nice they had wound down after being excited I would have informed her if there was more then originally intended. My sister and I were so flustered I told her to take my card so we could go enjoy the movie we paid for. I didn't receive a total or a receipt. I am not sure why there was an issue with our kids but when I returned after taking a minute she still proceeded to be rude when all we were trying to do was take our kids out for a good time. Movie was great and overall the service was great but concessions; I hope she was nicer to the other excited children.
