Staff is very polite and helpful. Lobby, theater, and restrooms are sparkling clean. Seating is very comfortable.

First of all, the first 30 minutes was EXTREMELY LOUD previews for upcoming horror movies and ads. Thankfully, I had a Kleenex and I tore some off to use as ad hoc ear plugs. It helped. Cinemark in Tinseltown tends to show mindless action films and others that simply aren't interesting. In all fairness to Cinemark, there appear to be slim pickings coming out of Hollywood now since Big Tech bought the studios. A friend asked me to go to see Agoura today. I figured since it won the Academy Award for Best Picture what could go wrong. I was too busy to look at the trailer -- but the trailer would NOT have prepared me for what I was immediately confronted with when the movie began: Graphic pornography for an extended portion of the movie then it migrated to violence. The most frequently occurring word was f---. I have never heard that word used so frequently and it is not at all impressive. There was not much of a plot. As far as I could tell there was no redeeming social value in this movie at all. I suspect this is probably the last movie I will ever go see at Cinemark. I have higher standards. read more

It's the best theatre in southern Oregon but it still has room for improvements. The seats often have trash and popcorn still on them from the previous movie. The one place that they can definitely improve on is the cleanliness of their restrooms. They do have great popcorn. read more

Some of the employees have horrible customer service skills and are rude and reply with grunts when interacting with them. Some of the employees were good and friendly. We went to a movie that was scheduled for 12:00. When previews were still going at 12:20 I complained and an employee said that previews are 23 min before the movie. So totally unconscionable ridiculous !!! NEVER have I EVER had to wait almost 1/2 hour of previews . In this era of movie theater businesses suffering this is so stupid and bad business practice. My little brother went up there and was told that he couldn't bring his bag in. And that makes sense but other people had there bags in there. His bag was stolen because of it. Lost all his school stuff including his 300 school issued computer. and the manager couldn't have cared less. He told me to stop cussing. I wasn't raising my voice or cussing at him or insulting him( until the end) I was just talking. All I wanted was to bring to his attention that one of his employees got my brothers bag stolen. We had a great time at the Paw Patrol movie this past weekend. Tickets were reasonably priced, even the snacks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable and it wasn't crowded at all. I would definitely come here again. Being able to buy tickets online and easily walk in to scan was quick and easy. I give 4 stars because I don't feel that purchasing tickets online, I should have to pay a $5 convenience fee. That was honestly the only down side. read more

Terrible theater. Oppenheimer was my first time watching a movie here. I was a projectionist years ago. So many issues: 1) The screen (auditorium 6) has clearly had food chucked at it and has not been cleaned properly. When the camera pans you'll see dirty marks everywhere. 2) The sound system must be dated as the dialogue was shrill and the whole system is treble driven. However the subs were cracked and struggling to deal with the signal. 3) My seat was sticky! 4) The toilets were simply disgusting. 5) Two rows in front of us an elderly couple talked very loudly and tried to explain the film to each other. Love to go to Sunday matinees here. Very comfortable lounging chairs with heated seats and courteous friendly staff. Keep up the good work Tinseltown, I really enjoy coming here for my Sunday morning movies I recently attended $3 cinema day (today 9/3/2022) and thoroughly enjoyed Jaws remastered in 3D. I completely love this theater staff is super helpful I saw some people complaining about the loudness but I checked with my watch during Jurassic Park and it was in the mid 70s decibel wise. My son is super sound sensitive and These movies people were complaining about he had no issue with so I think they need to get an I watch and check the levels it might just be where they're sitting or they're not used to modern surroundsound I'm not sure but we love this theater and will always come here! read more

If you have ever been to a theater in CA, you'd know that this place has most of them beat when it comes to cleanliness and service. Maybe not by a large margin, but decently. We went in watching the premiere of Ghostbusters Afterlife. We really wanted the little Mini Stay Puft cup display for our car that was being sold with a souvenir cup. I had asked the cashier (don't know her name) before the movie started to see if they had any more left, off the bat, she was about to hand me another figure which I didn't want without even asking if I wanted it or telling me there was no more of the figure I wanted. I declined the purchase of the cup and went into the movie. After the movie, I decided to ask another cashier if I could buy the one on display since they "sold out" of the packaged one. Kaleb, the cashier said he couldn't sell me the display, but he would look around the back and the cabinets to see if he could find one. After a couple of minutes after looking through cabinets and the back, he emerged with one in hand. "We got one!" Thank you Kaleb for going the extra mile to serve your customers to the best of your ability. Because of folks like you, I will continue to go to Cinemark for my movie going experience and appreciate you. It's the little things that count. One supervisor or manager (don't know her name), went the extra mile too to give us extra jalapeño for free. Give Kaleb and that manager a high five for me. read more

We love going to the Cinemark Tinseltown Theater in Medford. The environment is nice and clean, the atmosphere fun, the theaters very comfortable (love the reclining, heated seats!) and the online options for ordering ahead of time for the snack bar. One person selling tickets to all shows. He had a refund then a pre-sale...come on! Huge line before he finally decided to call for help. I spoke to the manager. She sort of flippantly replied that there was someone there now. I told her it didn't help those of us who had been standing in the wind and cold for almost 15 minutes. She never apologized. Just tore my ticket, pointed out my theater, and walked away. I had to hurry to catch the movie. So, no time to get something to eat or drink. The building was so hot that a cold drink would have been nice. The reclining seats are nice. However, you have to listen to the noisy things as people adjust their seats throughout the movie. Clean? Not really. The spilled popcorn in one of the hallways was still there after the movie let out. I guess the poor kid selling tickets has to do that, too... read more

This review is for the awesome service. My fiancé and I went to see the new Spider-Man movie early in the evening. We were staying at a hotel and i realized after dinner that I had lost the hotel key cards. I checked everywhere and just couldn't find it. We decided to go back to the theater to see if it may have slipped out. The tall young man with blond curly hair at the check in was super nice about helping out. We knew exactly where we sat and pointed it out. Apologies to the folks that were sitting at that spot and interrupting their movie experience, but sure enough it was under the seat. Beer, wine, and frozen booze at the movies?! Yes, please! Decent selection of adult beverages, I really enjoyed the frozen strawberry daquri. No gluten-free beer, but I didn't expect any. Typically outrageous concession prices and few to zero options for gluten-free vegans. But that's not a problem specific to this joint. The movie theater industry has room to grow on this point, that's for sure. Super cozy reclining seats that are assigned at the time of purchase. They even heat up if you want em to! But still, get your tickets early cuz no amount of reclining or soothing warmth makes sitting up front any fun. read more

We were told the company providing that service went out of business. We went with another couple to see the new Terminator movie which was my first time going with the new theater plan and reclining seats. This was pretty cool actually. Theres no heads in front of you or children banging on the back of your seat. Its reclining heated seats and lots of room and cup holders. The sound system is of course really intense and overall a really good time. The prices at concessions are crazy as usual and you can now buy mixed drinks and beer. The staff that we encountered was friendly- I'll definitely go again now that I've checked it out. And the new Terminator was really good, but I'm a Schwarzenegger fan for sure. read more
