    Color Images Copy & Print

A great local print shop that was able to quickly turn around our custom print job. The initial…read morecontact was promptly replied to and they made it easy to send them what we needed to print in short order. They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

Inkwell Book Writer is the biggest scam operation I have ever come across. These guys are true…read moreprofessionals. They know how to seduce you into signing a contract and never deliver, preying on one's vulnerability and desire to produce something that will sell and be successful. Last September I was approached (I did not approach them) by Ryan Morris at Atlantic Book Publishers to do an audiobook of a book I had published 3 years ago. I signed a contract for $2000, with the narration to be done in 7 hours. 10 months later I still have no audiobook. Atlantic then turned me over to Inkwell and Zack Foster, with whom I did not get along. He insisted I pay more money for advertising, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, even a website. To start the narration I had to pay the actor up front. I said take it out of the $2000 I already paid. I refused to pay a penny more. I literally had to scream at him "NO - NO" he apparently did not understand English. I was then turned over to Isaac Abraham, with whom I had the same problems. To explain slowness of the project he gave a myriad of lame excuses and fake promises, i.e., medical issues, busy office, out of the office, had to meet with his "team". This dragged on for 10 months where we are now. I have tried several times to reach him; he doesn't answer texts, emails, or phone calls. You always get a voice mail: "Not available". These guys bask in their success that they have duped another victim. 10 months later (10 months is not 7 hours) I have no audiobook and am out $2000. Keep in mind the names Isaac Abraham, Zack Foster, Ryan Morris, Atlantic Book Publisher, Inkwell Book Writer. SC AM! SCAM! SCAM!

BEWARE! THIEVES! THEY ARE GOING TO RIP YOU OFF!! Isaac Abraham, Marcel Clarkson, Bill Rogers,…read more Anna Park, Lisa Wilson, Peter Somebody, some dude named Zach, and many more. This review exposes my stupidity, but at least it will save you from making the same mistake. I could go on and on with all the details, but essentially, they schmooze you up and promise all sorts of success for you, take your money, even make good on the first Royalty so you will be confident in them, get some more money, and then they slowly disappear with all sorts of excuses from illnesses to life threatening accidents to technical issues to staff changes to emergency CEO meetings to funerals. They all have kinda crappy cell phone connections and the same accent. No matter what they say to you, they are lying. They will take your money and fade away, be unavailable but apologetic, and never get the actual work done. The last story I got was that my original salesman, Bill Rogers, was actually a scammer that they themselves didn't even know about and that they are now prosecuting. They assigned me PETER, and he worked with me two calls before pulling the same shenanigans. They are a FRADULENT company who preys on the emotion of a person just wanting to get their book published. DO NOT TRUST THEM no matter how good they sound and what they say to you. I have reported them to the BBB and tried to get the word out to all those seeking Self-Publishing companies. My mission will continue to get the word out about these SCAMMERS, but please beware. You can reach me directly at frances31719@gmail.com if you want to talk about it. I am available to TELL ALL!!
