23 Years Later... Still the Best!…read more Jose Martinez was our wedding photographer 23 years ago, and that's when we first fell in love with his work. His talent, attention to detail, and ability to capture emotion so naturally left a lasting impression on us. So when it came time to plan our daughter's quinceañera this summer, we knew exactly who to call. Jose is not just an amazing photographer, he's a genuinely kind, patient, and thoughtful person. He made my daughter feel comfortable and confident during the photo sessions, and the way he captured the joy, love, and beauty of that day was simply magical. Every photo tells a story, and we're so grateful to have those memories preserved so beautifully. Thank you, Jose, for being part of two of the most meaningful moments in our lives. Your work is timeless, and so is your heart.

We've done it here for as long as I remember, and I feel almost ashamed that I'm just writing this review after so many years. FotoKem has 6 screening rooms and a marvelous staff that is always friendly and helpful. It's a great facility for screenings, and they have a small kitchen in one building and a snack lounge in the other building. Their wifi handled all 100 of us logging on and using it - though we might have been reaching its max when we were all using it and streaming at the same time. Also, FotoKem delivered all our media all across the globe with their globalDATA -- they have 24 hour round the clock support M-F. We had media delivered to NZ, UK, Germany, France, India, Canada, East Coast States and West Coast States -- every delivery was smooth and fast. One of the locations had some issues, and FotoKem walked them thru everything they needed to do. (It was user unfamiliarity on the other side, and FotoKem was very patient in walking thru things and explaining and resending for us)

I contacted them by phone to find out if the trip to Hollywood would make any sense. Jim was very help full through the phone, answering our questions accordingly, without getting frustrated. We decided to get on the road, so our XL1 would be operational again. At location, Jim was again very help full, and went out of his way to check our XL1 on any damages and what not. We found out that only the battery needed to be replaced. Jim gave us some additional tips and we left the store with a new battery and plan to come back to pick up some other stuff for the camera. As a site note I want to say that this day, B&S were getting ready for a seminar 'Film or Digital?' It was pretty busy, moving things around, but in spite of all that Jim was willing to take his time and really helping us out. Thanks Jim

Which is way out dated, but still a nice lens. Canon Customer Service emailed me a list of people to contact. Concept lighting was on that list. Robert informs me they no longer repair their old lenses. The reason behind why he no longer repairs them was honest and direct. I really like that as a consumer. Especially for expensive items. And for that reason, I can't blame him for not. However he is the only business in the U.S that repairs Mamiya cameras. So stop taking to where ever it is your taking your Mamiya and send it to Robert. Your getting ripped off by taking it else where.
