My not yet 3 year old daughter has been obsessed with horses and riding a pony since the moment she saw that blasted Daniel Tiger ride one, so we figured vacation was the perfect time to make that introduction. We had no idea how she was going to handle the situation once face to face with a real horse, much less being put on top of one, so were shocked and relieved to discover that Cindy's offers free pony rides for kids as small as my daring girl. Cindy's does request that you tip your guide, which is honestly the most reasonable of requests. As it's a free service, there's not a lot of structure to it, but we waited as our wonderful guide, Grace, led the gentle horse (pony?), Dusty, and various riders around the yard for 3 revolutions each. Understandably, Dusty needed a break after a bit and there were paying customers who needed to be connected with the horses with whom they'd explore Mackinac, but, finally, it was my daughter's turn. And she was ready. I believe I've captured every single second of her time riding Dusty and the look of pure joy on her face makes me wonder what we have to sell to buy her a horse of her own. I'm only half joking. Grace was so patient and kind with every rider and Dusty was the same. When the time came for my husband to help her down, she waved him away and announced she wasn't leaving. Then, as he pulled her off poor Dusty, she launched into the most epic tantrum she's ever had. To be fair, it was long past nap time and she'd experienced a plethora of new things since breakfast, but I'm sure Dusty will remember her howl for a long time. I wish Grace and Dusty knew that we later took her into a shop to pick out a small toy horse, which she excitedly named after her first horse love: Dusty, and that now, even a week later, she sleeps with her arms wrapped around the (incredibly uncomfortable) toy. It was a very hot day and I imagine Grace and Dusty helped countless people, but I wanted to make sure they knew that they'd made a huge impact in the life of one little girl and her parents. We arrived around 9:15. They opened at 9, and there was already a line of about 20 people in front of us. We were lined up on the sidewalk outside. We filled out paperwork which asked about our level of experience, what kind of horse we preferred, etc and we set our time for the earliest available which was 1pm that day. So get there early to book your slot. We had so much fun on the horses and would do it again. The guide stayed with us for about 20-30 minutes of the ride and then let us go off on our own giving us instructions on how to get back to the stables. My husband had kind of a high spirited horse but he requested one that needed handled. So....he got what he asked for. Loved this experience! read more

I come to this stable at least once every trip I come to this island because of its customer service and the horses are wonderful! But today was different. The guides are usually really nice and make good small talk, but my guide only said "slow Ellie down!" Also, I paid to go out on the trail and then trail off in my own for 1 hour, she took so many wrong turns it turned into 2 AND she didn't even let me trail off! I was turning onto the trail ( I have been on this trail multiple times) and she said "NO THIS WAY!" very rudely. We enjoyed our 1 hour ride on a beautiful sunny fall day on the Island. We arrived to the stable ready to ride and had to come back in about 45 minutes to start the tour, so might be better to call ahead. They have lots of horses in various sizes and abilities and they will pick one that suits the size and experience of the rider. We took the guided tour and were paired with a few other folks, so I think we had 8 people in the group. Horses are expected to walk single-file in the roads, and the other trails are narrow so single file is the only way to go. You do walk through some woods, so make sure you are covered up to protect from bugs, or maybe even poison ivy, who knows what you can brush up against. I do think $50 for the hour is a little much, but I guess that's expected for being in a such a tourist trap. (for comparison, I have recently paid $35 for a similar tour in west Michigan). read more

My girlfriend & I had a miserable experience with these folks. A guide takes you out of town and to the start of a trail. Our horses strolled along the trail for 5 minutes and then took off running up another trail. My girl, an experienced rider, couldn't get her horse to head down the correct path. My horse followed the other's lead and put up a similar fight. The horses were spooked and would break out in sprints in the wrong direction time and time again. After awhile they decided to go out to the road and stroll on back to the stables. We were supposed to be on horseback for 1 hour in the woods. Instead we were in the woods for about 15 minutes. I requested compensation for the lack of time spent in the woods. The owner tossed $20 at me and repeatedly said that was the best he could do. Employees' faces did not look surprised when I expressed my dissatisfaction. read more

The owner here is not the friendliest person I've ever met. I've had easier times making small talk with a brick wall. We scheduled a time, returned, then still had to wait about 20 minutes. Got our horses and were off with a group. My wife is an experienced rider so we opted to go off on our own at their predetermined point. The girl who took us out for our tour did not talk to us once. Must be the owner's daughter. Like father, like daughter maybe? Horses behaved decently enough. Mine kept wanting to take off as soon as we stopped and wanted to take his own paths, but he wasn't bad other than that. The trails are really well maintained and relaxing to ride down. You just better have a map so you can find your way back if you want to get adventurous out there. This was the most expensive horseback riding trip we've ever done, and probably the most fun we had once on our own, but the customer service at this place is just despicable. I have many years of riding experience, but have never owned a horse myself. I thought it was great that a stable would let you rent a horse and take it out without a guide. I don't like getting stuck in a group where you are held back by people who do not know how to ride. If you don't know how to ride than you shouldn't take a horse out without a guide. My husband and I filled out the questionnaire about our personal preferences when it came to horses and they matched us with a horse that was perfect for us! The horse I got knew the trails better than I did and it was a little frustrating when we wanted to go down a trail that he didn't want to or was in the opposite direction of the stable. They are horses and if you are firm they will do what you want to. My husband and I had a fabulous time out on the trails with the horses! I agree that they could have went over the commands quickly with the riders. They do hand out a paper explaining everything you need to know about how to ride the horse, and when I was given the horse they asked if I knew how to ride her. I also think the gentleman running the stable could be a little friendlier, but maybe I caught him on a bad day. I would recommend this experience we had a enjoyable time. You just have to be honest with yourself on you ability levels and you will have a great time! read more

My partner and I had an excellent time riding around Mackinac. I should say that we've both been riding for 20 years, own horses, and actively compete. So working with horses is something we do every day. I thought the care was pretty good, considering it's a hack stable, and the horses were a healthy weight, had nicely trimmed feet and weren't too tired when we rode them. The horses we were given were very sweet, and though opinionated about the direction they wanted to go, it was nothing that a little coaxing couldn't fix. We wound up finding the shore of Lake Michigan and they walked in to take a drink, they were real troopers! Very sweet boys. Here is my advice when using a hack (riding) stable: be HONEST about your riding experience. The people who own this place know their horses, but they don't know you. If you stretch your riding ability, they will give you a more difficult horse, and your experience will not be pleasant. The more honest you are about your ability, the safer and more enjoyable it will be for both you AND your horse. read more

The people here are not really nice. The person (perhaps the owner) who was in charge of admin had me fill out a form and then she asked me to return later for the ride. Came back on time, however waited 5 minutes for her to finish talking to a kid before she would even acknowledge me. Waited 15 more minutes to get on a horse. When I did and accidentally made a wrong assumption about the horse's gender (sorry it was visceral), I got a snarky comment from the assistant. At that point, I was feeling estranged. I have been riding for almost a decade and I believe I filled out the form properly in terms of being honest about my riding skills. The horse I got was a bit herd bound, which confused me since I would be riding alone. However, she was good overall and we went through the trail just fine (the trail I was told to follow seemed to be her intent, anyway). Arrived back a little under the hour, but overall no huge complaints except for the people. read more

While we usually do unguided rides, the guides do a great job getting us to our trails. You can tell they all love and care for the horses and treat them very well. If I could give Cindy's zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I went to Cindy's this weekend. I have no riding experience, she's gone riding about a dozen times. We went in and were mounted pretty quickly, and when I glanced at the schedule, I noticed that the horses weren't given much of a break in between riders. We decided to go out for 1.5 hours without a guide. No one told me how to get the horse moving, how to turn, or how to stop her. I just hopped on and we were off. I asked the guide (who was just taking us to the trail and was to leave us on our own after that) if I could get a guide to go with us, at this point, since no one even showed me how to ride and I was feeling apprehensive based on the fact that some other guy's horse laid down and tried to roll-over on top of him. The 'guide' said she couldn't do that, but that we'd be fine on our own. On to the nightmare: During the ride, our horses, just like the previous reviewer, would sprint and then slow down, sprint and slow down. This was kind of scary to me, but the guide said it was normal. That is until another girl in our party's horse broke away at a sprint and the bit broke off of her reins. She was unable to stop her and her horse came sprinting into my horses butt, freaking my horse (and me) out. The guide had to try to recover the horse since the girl riding her was crying because she was so afraid of her runaway horse. How did the guide recover her? She basically tried chasing her over and over again, and physically hit the horse multiple times out of frustration (no wonder these poor animals are uncontrollable). The guide screamed at us to stop our horses, which we could not do no matter how hard we pulled at their reins (as both horse and rider were ill-trained). Our horses wandered away and everything seemed to calm down. Next, I called the stable to tell them where we were and that we weren't comfortable continuing on these horses. All of a sudden, the runaway horse came from around the corner straight at me and my horse just TOOK OFF. I thought I was going to get bucked off and die, my horse was making all kinds of pissed off whinnying sounds and was going scary-fast. The cell phone flew from my hand and smashed on the ground. When I finally got the horse to slow down I just jumped off of her and backed away, this animal was crazy, and the staff at Cindy's were irresponsible, unhelpful, and cruel. Luckily there were two nice guys, a gentlemen in his 30's and a kid who may have been 12 or 13 from Cindy's that showed up to take the horses back to the stables. When my girlfriend and I showed up to the stables we were given no apology, no refund and, just like the last reviewer, no one seemed surprised. read more

We had a great time touring the island on horseback today. I'm comfortable on horses but my husband is not. Thankfully they pair you up with a horse that matches your riding skills and review commands with you before heading out on the trail. While you are able to go out without a guide if you feel comfortable we chose to have a guide with us the entire time. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable about the island. They did a great job making my husband feel comfortable on his horse. My tip would be to make sure you are honest about your riding experience and you will have a great time. Ok, before I say anything, good or bad, about this place, I need to say that I have always loved horses and always will. If a place like this does not have respect for the people or horses, I will have no respect for it. This is the main reason why I am giving only one star. I came here once last summer, had a negative experience, and after reading the other reviews I have a much fuller understanding of the condition of these horses. I visited Mackinac Island last summer and was thrilled to find a riding stable. Nothing can describe the excitement I felt to go riding again. It isn't often that I get to ride, or even see, horses and I was more than happy to give this place a try. I filled out a paper stating what kind of rider I am (having taken lessons when I was younger I'm not a bad rider, but definitely not perfect), and before I knew it my horse, Fritz, was tacked up and stood outside, waiting for me. I mounted and a young woman politely showed me how to turn, stop, and go. Then they let us go with our guide, who followed slightly behind me and a few other horses. We walked in a line against the curb of the road. This is when the trouble started. Fritz, who seemed to be the dominant horse in the group, wanted to be in the front of the line, and he was trying to cut in front of the horses ahead of me. One of the horses was diagonal from me and when Fritz would walk faster to try to get around her, my knee would poke into her hind leg. Afraid of the other horse kicking out on frustration, I had no choice but pull on the reins to slow Fritz down. I HATE pulling that hard on the reins because I know it hurts their mouth, but what choice did I have? There was no other place for us to go. Fritz slowed down at first, but soon resisted me and eventually the two people in front of me (who weren't part of the guided ride) rode onto the wooded trail. Fritz was able to be in front now and walk far away from everyone else, who lagged behind. When I tried to get him to stand still so the others could catch up, he wouldn't want to. This is the part when the REAL trouble started. When it came time for us to turn onto the wooded trail, the guide, who stayed behind with the slower horses, told me to right. This should have been a simple task, but when Fritz caught a glimpse of the other two horses who used to be in front of us, he turned left. Was told to pull the reins sharply to the right, which I did, but Fritz walked backwards, spun me in a circle, and then trotted near a bunch of trees. The guide caught up to me and helped to get me out of that mess by telling me to trot him into the right direction and the issue was resolved. Once again, Fritz was waaay ahead of the other horses. I stopped him and tried letting another horse in front of him, but he stayed so close to the other horse's behind that it kicked out. After that I gave up and allowed Fritz to be in front. When it came time to return to the stable, someone took Fritz by the reins, I dismounted, and, unfortunately, was glad the ride was over. I hate to admit it, but this was the first time I ever rode a horse and regretted it. For the longest time I blamed myself and my lack of proper riding skills. I assumed my bad experience was because I couldn't take charge and be the bigger person. But now that I look at the bigger picture I see that these horse are overworked and frustrated. They do not receive the breaks they need to refresh themselves, I'm sure many riders don't know what they're doing and pull on their mouthes and sit unevenly in the saddle, they walk in the heat and have to tolerate the noise of the crowd on top of all of that. I'm not saying it's the horses' fault. It's the people who look after them who aren't doing their job. Horses, like people, NEED a break. Other reviewers have said their horses bolted, which sounds an awful lot like repressed agitation being released. Horses respond to stressful situations by fighting or fleeing. When Fritz refused to listen to me, he fought. When other people's horses bolted they fled. There needs to be a change in how the people care for these horses, or someone could get seriously injured. read more

I was so excited to ride a horse on the island while on a vacation trip with my boyfriend, and every person working there was so unfriendly. I work in customer service, so I understand the excitement of people getting a chance to ride horses gets old after a while. But I found them to be uncomfortably rude and for the amount of money we paid to ride horses, I expected at least a smile from one person! I get that they have a schedule to follow and other people to get on horses, but I was astounded that they just threw us up on a horse and the only info I was given was how to turn...not how to go or stop. We had to work the guide a little bit to make conversation, but overall she gave us some great information and fun facts about a lot of questions typical tourists have! The horses were so well behaved and we had a great time riding! It's amazing how calm they are with all the noises and movement around the island. Getting back to the stables they wanted us immediately off the horses and I had to ask twice for a picture of us. One woman rolled her eyes at our request. Our guide was the closest thing to decent service and we wanted to give her a tip but she immediately disappeared... Because of my poor customer experience with Cindy's, I will definitely not be back. read more

My husband and I went to Mackinaw island for our first anniversary. We stayed at the Mariver Inn so we were super close to Cindy's. It was so nice. The lady who was behind the desk was not the friendliest no. But the rest of the staff was great. We go there about 1 O'clock and they were already booked up to 4:30 so definitely get there early and get a spot. I had never been horse back riding but their horses were really well trained and so it was very easy. Our tour guide was super nice. Once we got to the trails the guide let us go off on our own but offered to stay if we wanted him to. I had a blast. I would for sure do it again. read more

There is nothing like the thought of renting your own horse to explore Mackinac island! This is always the actvity I look forward to the most when visiting, and still do after all these years. But this review is for the newcomer, just as a head's up if you are looking forward to going out on your own for a few hours. I have found that if you are expecting to enjoy roaming around the miles of wooded trails, you may be dissapointed. The horses here are so determined to get back to the barn as quickly as possible, that your ride turns into a battle and becomes unenjoyable. On this particular trip, I was anticipating being able to explore by myself on a few new trails and really enjoy nature for a little while. As the guide let me go ahead at the start of the trailhead, my horse refused to continue down the trail and stopped. I attempted to take control and kicked repeatedly, shouted "giddy up" and slapped his rump with the end of my reins. The guide told me to continue this, and finally we were off for a few moments, as the guide turned around and left me. My horse did an abrupt about face as we approached a branch of the trail. I tried to coax again to turn around and continue, but gave in and back-tracked to the main road. I took another trail instead and this time my horse was trying to trot on me and rush down the trail. I gently tried to pull back and slow down a bit, but had to resort to really pulling back cowboy style, as my horse threw his head around and reared up. So much for a relaxing trail ride. This battle continued, and I finally gave in again. Noticing that he had a long shank bit, I realized that all I was doing was causing him pain and I felt sorry for him. So the duration of the ride was rushed fast walking, with a direct intent on getting back to "the barn". My 2 hour ride turned into a little over an hour, and I left the riding stable on a sour note. If you wish to do a trail ride here, you are much better off going on a group ride to where you can just follow another horse around and actually enjoy the scenery and the experience. read more

We had a great experience at Cindy's! We arrived on the island and went to Cindy's at 11:15, filled out the questionnaire, and were booked for horses at 11:45. We came back at 11:40 and the horses were ready. The guide took us through town and out to the trails, where we went off on our own. The horses did seem to be barn runners (wanted to head back to the stables) but that's to be expected with most horses. With a little pushing ;) they were just fine. The staff was very friendly and informative. I was even able to lock my purse in a closet while I rode which was a concern of mine before arriving. I highly recommend this experience! read more

So it's a joke to pretend that the owner really *matches the rider ability with the horse* Right. You fill our your paper/questionnaire she looks you over size wise and puts you on a horse. This isn't Harry Potter's wand choosing the wizard ok? So the horses are all your average trail horses. Sweet. Older. Just kind of like a factory worker. Here we go, march. When I got on they warned me my horse may be "bad" or something but he was not. He was very sweet and didn't step a hoof out of line. We were in a group of 8 I think and everyone's horse behaved quietly. You really don't have to be able to steer folks - the horses know the way you just get on like a ride at Disney and sit there. I have to laugh that some reviewers describe these wild rides and what not. Ok these horses are walking from like 9-5pm with little break. They are not running off to the Kentucky Derby. About 60% of the ride is on paved roads and 40% is in the woods on paths. So I left my horse alone and enjoyed the scenery. I didn't expect him to go crazy. I didn't nag or bug him or try to pretend I was Roy Rogers. And he got the job done. One of the males in our group got a little stupid on the trail and for some reason wanted his horse to go faster or something even though the guy obviously didn't know how to ride. This is always a bad idea. Always. You hear me out there? You are not a cowboy just because you are sitting on a horse. So he was kicking and bugging his horse. Which I'm sure his horse was like "hey idiot, shut up and sit there." The horse ignored him. But if folks are going to get on 1000+lb animals and bug them to death I'm sure eventually a horse will get annoyed. So the ride was nice and nothing special. My advice to non-riders is to sit there and just leave the horse alone and enjoy the scenery. You are not there to "RIDE" and don't kid yourself that you are. Leave the poor animals alone. Oh and as for the owner. She was polite. She was not rude. Not sure what exactly everyone is expecting of her? I didn't think she was any different than any of the other waitstaff, etc. that I encountered on the island. The male staff/rider that accompanied us on the 1st part of the ride was very nice. We went for the second time yesterday to ride horses here and I noticed both times that the people who run it are not very attentive to their customers and seem to only want to take your money and put you on a horse as quicly as possible (which wasn't very quick at all). We were given instructions both times-very generic instructions but sufficient for our needs. They did a quick check of our stirrups but once out I realized they were too long. I don't ride much so it would be helpful for people like me or begginers for them to go over how to use the stirrups to hold your weight and be sure that they are in the proper position! Everyone would bennifit from a better, more structured routine at the beginning. It seems as if they aren't concerned about anyone's actual experience with a horse, even first time riders are able to take an unguided tour! The horses do know where they are supposed to be going-we tried to venture off and it caused the horses so much stress and confusion-one of the 4 we had all out refused to go off course so we ended up wasting a bunch of time with the whole situation. Time that is spent mostly getting through town to the nice trails only to spend a few minutes actually riding the trails! We also noticed that our horses seemed very tired and overworked. The weather was pleasant, only in the low 70's and partly cloudy but our horses were hot to the touch. There is no place along the route for them to get a drink. The more we rode, the less fun it became because we all felt so sorry for the horses! I don't believe they are given the rest between riders that they need and even though they seemed healthy, I don't think that they get much love. They appear to be just money makers for the people who run this place and that is why we have agreed to never go back and hurt these poor animals again. This site is actually my first stop in researching the standards of care for all the horses on Mackinac Island-it wasn't only the horses from these stables that seemed to be overworked. I love animals too much to do nothing-I hope that there are more people out there who care enough to make a difference! read more

Just came back from Cindy's stable and it was one of worst experiences I have had on a vacation. I have ridden once before and my girlfriend had ridden quite a few times. We should have known when we walked in and got a bad vibe along with lack of instructions on how to handle the horses. We were taken to a forested path and told not to worry as the horses would automatically make their way back. My girlfriend knew what she was doing but shortly after starting the trail the horses had a mind of their own turning around and eating the plants. No matter what we did they did not listen. After about 15 minutes trying to reign them in we called the stable where we were given some basic instructions and told that since the horses were turned around we could come back the way we came. No offer to send someone to help out. It was only after we called a second time that Cindy sent a kid on a bicycle to help out. After getting the horses straight we were again told they would automatically make their way back. Having experienced that once before and no real guide to, you know, help guide us along we got off the horses and told the kid to walk them back. We did get our money back (actually we were ready for an argument but were given a refund no questions asked - which actually made us think this type of thing happens all the time). Do yourself a favor and use another stable if your planning on horseback riding while in Mackinac. The saved frustration and saved time will ensure a much better experience. read more

I love Cindy's . I grew up with horses, but have never been able to own one. To have a good time at this stable, you have to be honest about your horse handling experience. I wouldnt recommend going out without a guide for people who havent spent much time around horses.. I've taken out a number of horses from Cindy's on my own over the last few years and have had no problems. Last year I took my son and grandson out for their first riding experience. They were a little nervous, but the folks found two very nice mounts for them, and it ended up being a wonderful experience. I did not, however, take them beyond a trot, avoiding any uncontrollable situation. Better to take it safe with first timers. We had a good time and cant wait to come back.. read more

Terrible experience!!!! The two low scores in the comment section are right on track, horses are over worked. After the guide let the group go on our own, the horses went into a gallop, then slowed to a stop then back into a gallop between the trees. As a less experienced rider I did what I was told and pulled up on the reigns, the horse did nothing. Started running again, other riders tried to help but nothing worked. Finally the saddle started to slip and I fell off the horse. The horse took off running to catch the other horse ahead. No one could get this horse to settle down, until finally a guide from another group came and helped get the horses together, leaving me to walk back the mile or more to the stable. No one checked on me or offered me any assistance. When the guide saw me walk up to the stable, she backed away from me trying to avoid any communication. Then after approaching her, she finally asked if I was ok, then instructed me to talk to the older woman that took our money. This woman (I'm assuming the owner of the stable) asked if I was ok like this happens all the time and you signed a waiver, go pound sand. Thanks for nothing!!! read more

I was there on Saturday July 15th around 3pm. My boyfriend brought me to the island for my birthday and one of the things I was most excited about was riding. Despite being peak tourist season, the stable was not busy and there were only two girls in line ahead of us. They finished quickly and headed out to get their horses, with no mention of skill or being low in horses to ride, and then it was our turn. The girl running the counter (early to mid 20s, dark hair, chubby face) was rude from the second she looked at me. We told her we wanted to ride, and she pretended to shuffle some papers, then asked if we had ever ridden before. We both have, and I've ridden many many times, both with a western saddle and bare back, but all she said was "We don't have horses for inexperienced riders, sorry, go down the street to Jacks, its that way to the left". She was incredibly rude. Now I understand that both stables are owned by the same person, but when we went to Jack's Livery a few blocks away, they treated us with nothing but politeness and kindness. I tipped there after our ride because the staff was so wonderful. Perhaps the employees at Cindy's should be trained a little better, or brought up to speed on good customer service skills. It's a shame to have an employee who really ruins your day like that. read more

My husband and I decided to try this out this last weekend. We didn't have a bad experiance but it wasn't GREAT by any means. The owner wasn't very friendly but she wasn't rude. They were quick at getting us on horses and we did get told how to steer and stop. We are not experianced by any means. They gave us an option to have a guide or not to have a guide. We chose not to. The worker who took us to the trail was very helpful. He was nice and even stopped to adjust my feet. The horses knew where they were going so there wasn't much effort on our part. My horse Mitch had a bit of an attitude though. He tried biting my feet twice. I actually had to take my foot out of the stirrup twice in order to prevent a bite. He stopped to eat and refused to start going again. So the person living at the home where he stopped probably wasn't impressed but I did my best to get him moving. My husband didn't really have any trouble with his horse Buck. So quick review....price was too high for what we got but it wasn't a bad experiance. read more

I have ridden horses from this stable many times and never had any issues! However, when trying to plan this years trip to the Island, I called Cindy's Riding Stables 2 separate times! The first time, the lady (I believe she is the owner) cut me off with a bad attitude right in the middle of my question! the second time, she was very snippy in replying to me! I will never use this place again because of her bad attitude! I will take my services else where! read more

My friends and I are experienced riders and were not planning on riding since we get to ride every day, but when we got there of course us being horse crazy couldn't resist riding here. It was very expensive but we caved anyway. Glad we did, we were honest about our riding ability and they gave us horses that we asked for. Like others said you should go for more then an hour since it takes 20 min to get out and back (if you are experienced). When we went we wanted a guide just so they could show us around and such but they suggested we go alone which ended out working better! They sent us out on a trail (the horses knew exactly where to go) that took about 10-15 min walking but we were allowed to trot and canter and the horses were great, since we cantered we turned around and did the trail again. Wish we could have afforded to be out longer. We went in the morning and there was no wait at all. A couple of the staff were not the nicest but our guide was great, she was very sweet. All together It was a great ride! Like I said we ride horses every day and it was still a fun and exciting experience, if you have the money definitely go! This is one of the best trail ride facilities that I have been too (besides the price of course). read more
