Absolutely no complaints at all!…read more I'm new to the bird feeding world. I received a video feeder for mothers day and while I have been feeding them just feed from Walmart, I knew there had to be better out there. My family and I walked in and were instantly greeted by the staff. She did not mind answering all my questions and I learned so much about the different feed that is available, specifically made for our area. I purchased feed ( and spicy feed, darn squirrels!) and I have seen so many more birds at my feeder! They are enjoying the new seed as well! We are planning out a bird habitat and hope to be certified in the next few years and Wild Birds Unlimited will be key in that for sure!

We headed there later that week to go shop for my birthday and Mother's Day gift. This is the place to go for all things birds and bird watching! When we arrived parking was perfect. Birds were already out there flapping around and tweeting away. When I walked in I went walking around. Then Neala came and helped me. She was so nice. She helped explain the feeders and feed. Michelle was also great. She helped explain the pole system and what certain birds are attracted too. Everyone was extremely helpful! They were all willing to help, even carrying stuff to our car. Pricing was actually pretty reasonable. The seed is as well. I did join their program for $25 but, there was a free gift which I opted for bird seed. I also joined their texting services and got a free 2 pound bag. At the checkout I pretty much almost cried because having all this made me so happy. I sit outside so much and enjoy my bird feeder set up. I have a cardinal who was coming by before my big set up. I took it as a sign that it is my father who passed away 10 months ago. Once I got the set up complete with a bird house that has a blue roof (blue was my dad's favorite color), the cardinal came around so much more. We named it Pappy after my dad. It nice to sit in the backyard. Thank you to everyone who helped us. Since the first time I went, I have already been back once. I'm hooked!

The talking parrot was fun to mess around and conversation with. There is a lot going on at this pet store. Everything is alive and meant for people who have a fish hobby or looking to explore their reptile section. The smell of pets in the air is bearable consider they carry many little animals like guinea pig, hamsters, snakes and lizards. But perhaps their carpet can get some shampooing. But I get it, they have free roaming turtoises on the loose, leaving gifts for the pet store associates to clean without a doubt. They have the a lot of fresh water fish selections, I'd advise people looking for salt water, swimming friends ...to go else where.

HUGE MISTAKE! Within days of purchasing crickets from this place, both of my crested geckos are dead. They lived in separate terrariums next to each other, and were very different ages (9 y/o and around 1 y/o). All conditions were EXACTLY the same besides where I purchased the crickets from, and within 3-4 days, both of my healthy geckos were dead! Following this incident, my mother and I called the store and the initial woman who picked up directed me to the owner, Jeff, who immediately gave extreme attitude and disregarded our concerns. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy insects for their beloved reptiles from this establishment. With heavy hearts, RIP Shawn and Shawna. P.S. that tank is NOT big enough for that alligator snapping turtle. No wonder the damn thing doesn't move, IT CAN'T!

Sometimes they will go inside the store without me for a quick grab of food for their pets and or a quick look at the animals of course!
