Read other reviews with the same experience. This review is in regards to booking a bouncer at the park. I booked through their website which was already very confusing and convoluted. What should have been a $200 bouncer, pretty much doubled. After I had booked this bouncer, Blanca called and said I needed to add a generator (extra $129). I get the updated receipt and not only was a generator added but a specify time fee of $25 was also added. I admit that the generator fee is on the website (though a very confusing website) nowhere does it say that the specify time delivery fee is necessary. In any case, I decided to cancel my order and go with a different company. Thankfully I only paid a 10% deposit vs paying in full. However Cindy jumpers refuses to refund me the 10% fee and give me a "store credit" honestly it's laughable how petty and ridiculous that they won't refund me $20 for something they didn't make clear on their website. They also go as far as to tell me "well I could've asked to waive certain fees." The burden shouldn't be on the customer to ask to waive fees if the fee isn't necessary in the fiest place. Literally admitting they charged an unnecessary fee to me without me even knowing. I'm not the first to mention the hidden and added fees, check out other reviews. This company needs a better system for booking. Their prices are also NOT competitive. I ended up going with another better bouncer company for almost half the price. No secret fees, no confusing website, not even a damage waiver option (because that's not actually really necessary apparently), no travel fee. I try to be fair with my review so I will give them an extra star because they were quick with their responses. And I'm sure if you book this for a private party at home this would've been a simple streamlined booking. But i am terribly disappointed in their customer service - from the owner to his supervisors to his employees (who also spoke to me in a condescending manner. read more

Ordering a jumper was easy and online. Online you can see the pictures of the jumpers they have. We wanted to order a Mario jumper but instead we decided on the block party which I still think went with the color of our theme. The driver and the delivery person were very nice and professional. My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of the jumper and their customer service. We are already planning when we are going to rent again with Cindy's jumpers. read more

Thank you Cindy's Jumpers! We booked them for a bounce house, tables and chairs for my son's birthday party. I booked about 2 months in advance and made one change a couple of weeks before the event. Online booking was easy and making the change via phone was also easy (staff was responsive and helpful). They delivered early at 9am (I chose the window option) and picked up same day on time at 7pm. Everything went very smoothly, all materials were in good working order, and the dino bounce house was a hit! Great accessory to our Jurassic Park themed party. Thank you, Cindy's Jumpers! read more

We have used this company at least 4 times and it's always been great! The last party we had, there was a mix up on their end and Blanca worked really hard to fix the issue and was still nice, humble and professional throughout the process. I appreciate that the delivery guys came through and helped fix the issue before our party started. It's always nice to see a company that works well together:) We also really appreciate that they keep their jumpers clean! That's a big deal to us ;) read more

Rented a jumper for my baby's first birthday at the park. Had to receive a bouncer permit from Long Beach's Parks and Recreation. They ask you to put down who you are renting from - and Cindy's jumpers was on their list of authorized vendors. It was easy to book - you can book online via their website but if it's for a park, you have to email them. They do require a copy of the permit and your ID, as well as a deposit to reserve the jumper. They were responsive, professional and fast with delivery and clean up. read more

We used Cindy's Jumpers for a party this weekend and couldn't have been happier. At the last minute we added on a snow cone machine rental in addition to our jumper and they were so accommodating. They came right on time to set up and even came early to pick everything up when we realized we would be done earlier than planned. The kids loved the jumper and the snow cones! Everything was super easy, the prices are very reasonable and we would use them again. read more

Lots of added fees that's not necessary!!! wasn't aware of the fees after I already submitted the name to the to the park for the permit

Got what we wanted. Jumpers were great however the Delivery guys were a bit rude. I had a card on file I told them to charge. They proceeded to calling me multiple times hounding for the rest of the payment after they dropped them off. Called them back they were already sending the driver back to try and collect not even an hour later. Very unprofessional. read more

Cindy's Jumpers never disappoints! They have the easiest set up options and the staff are beyond friendly! The ONLY thing that I didn't particularly like is that the tables were setup, I had to do them myself Other than that, they're beyond amazing for every event! read more

Huge assortment, we rented a jumper slide combo, Sumo suits and a cotton candy machine. Everything brought was clean, the cotton candy machine was big and super easy to use although it was missing a leg. They accommodated my request one day before my event, they called me back quickly and communication was easy. They showed up early to set up, moved the jumper a few times per my request and picked up on time. read more
