Rented a jumper for my baby's first birthday at the park. Had to receive a bouncer permit from Long Beach's Parks and Recreation. They ask you to put down who you are renting from - and Cindy's jumpers was on their list of authorized vendors. It was easy to book - you can book online via their website but if it's for a park, you have to email them. They do require a copy of the permit and your ID, as well as a deposit to reserve the jumper. They were responsive, professional and fast with delivery and clean up. read more

We rented the trackless train for my son's train birthday party and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the rides around our block and our train conductor was so patient and awesome! The order process was easy and they were on time. We didn't even see where he unloaded, we just saw him pass by on the train checking out the ride route he was going to take. We reserved parking in front of our house so he can use as pick up/drop off. He then put cones to reserve the space and also put up a crossroad sign. I ordered a jumper slide combo the week of the event, luckily they were available for the date and time. Their website was user friendly and they provide measurements to let you know what sizes you can expect when looking at specific jumpers. You can also ask for a quote. You're given options for delivery and pick up, time slots for your event and they also have over night options, at a fee of course. I chose my order to be dropped off at 12pm and picked up at 8 pm, they were gracious enough to bring the jumper earlier than 12pm and still pick up at 8pm. I used Cindy's Jumpers this past weekend for just one dunk tank. They got the delivery address wrong and then failed to discuss the pick up time with the party planner, then charged me double the price for the dunk tank because the dunk tank had to stay overnight at the venue. I throw lots of corporate and personal events and have never worked with people so unprofessional. I will never use them again and highly encourage you to use another vendor for your rental needs.
