I ordered an ice cream soft serve machine but honestly I was tempted by all of the other extremely cool things they have on their website. They were extremely communicative, delivery and pick up were very easy, the instructions were clear and the machine worked great. I would definitely hire them again for any of my party rental needs.

This is my second time using Cindy's jumpers and I know now I will use them anytime I need a bounce house or party rental and they are the first place I recommend to friends. They were Right on time for drop off and pick up and even picked up early when I needed them to once. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. The bounce house, tables, and chairs were all clean and in great condition and worked like they were supposed to. The employees at Cindy's made sure I had everything I needed beforehand and explained everything thoroughly; you can tell they function like a well-oiled machine and have been doing this a long time. No wonder they are on the city of Long Beach's short list of approved vendors for city park events. Thank you Cindy's Jumpers!

Cindy's jumper was on turn as scheduled and the truck was clean for kids to enjoy. It was the hit of the party no problems with kids being able to play. All the guests talked about how cool it was. Loved it and will book again

Great service and selection! As small business owners ourselves, we have high expectations and when we find another small business with quality standards we are with and support them for life. We have an annual open house at Tenni-Mocs in Long Beach and this was our first time using Cindy's Jumpers for our jumper needs. This rental company is racial I have NEVER had a rental company ask for my car registration. Customer service was HORRIBLE. She was so rude. I will NEVER use them again. If you are black do not use them. Trust me this is not ok, asking for my car registration because I'm black . I have asked others and they have NEVER got asked for that information. From when I first called to book, everyone was so kind. Very easy to book. We ordered the 40 foot obstacle course for my son's birthday party and the condition of the bouncer was great! Very colorful and clean. And the kids (and adults) loved the obstacle course. We paid extra for a specific drop off and pick up time. They were right on time! About 20 minutes late to pick up but that just gave us a little extra jump time. We highly recommend Cindy's Jumpers! read more

we had a party at a park and I was asked to call the city myself to check if the permit was approved. This was supposed to be their job. I rented plenty of jumpers for a park party and never did I have to call the city myself to check on a jumper permit. They also delivered late cause the delivery guy said their office messed up on the address and they switched the address for 2 different parks. The staff is nice overall but I'm not so sure about the service. read more

The Spider man bounce house was of good quality however the service time that we were supposed to utilize the jumper is from 12:00 pm until 7:00 pm. They did drop off and set up the jumper at 11:30 am but then came and picked it up 2 hours early at 5:00 pm we were expecting the pick up to be at 7:00 pm after the party... when we brought the time difference to their attention they stated because they dropped it off early they had to pick it up early. This is why I gave them 3 stars for the service, they should stick to what the contract stated. read more

Reasonable priced photobooth....YES!…read more But actually a 1.5 star and definitely not recommending them. Communication, lacking, booked 2 months in advance and Danny said he would have a print sample for me with in the "week". Well I didn't get the sample till 10 days before my event date. I also, messaged him early in January to confirm if we were good to go and when he can provide the print, well it got to the point where I had to message him through yelp, not cool. Yes, everyone is busy, everyone has their own thing going on, but as a business owner, acknowledge your customer. I shouldn't constantly have to text you and send you a yelp message. The day of, Carlos was our booth attendant, the setup time was rushed and a bit late, however I was told they would arrive an hour before start time. No issues with him. My issue is with the print. The sample provided and what was printed was off. My daughter's theme colors were maroon, GOLD and white! Not maroon, YELLOW and white. And no, it's not the damn same color. The printed text for the photobooth printouts were so light, unreadable and not the gold color text like the sample, it was YELLOW. The photobooth attendant agreed when I told him wth, the print is so light and I can't even read it but he said there was nothing he can do. So as I told Danny the next day, maybe next time he should do an actual printed print sample beforehand. I would have rather paid the extra $25-$50 more and got quality prints. I got jipped, my daughter pictures were just a faded text of yellow ugliness. And yes, I'm being extra, this was her Sweet 16, not a "hey lets have a kickback just because party". Fyi, their props were also subpar from all other photobooth companies I've encountered.

We hired Cindy's for our school carnival. The setup crew did a good job, but we also paid $1,200 for attendants to supervise two inflatables (Hungry Hippos and Human Foosball), and that's where everything went downhill. The attendants arrived 20 minutes late, strolling in with Starbucks in hand. They did nothing to help the children understand how to use the inflatables safely. At one point, one attendant disappeared for 35 minutes, leaving the inflatable completely unattended -- even though these were elementary-age children who clearly needed supervision. To make matters worse, a child's hat went missing, and when he went to look for it, the attendant was wearing it -- a sweaty boy's hat! When he politely asked for it back, she acted offended, as if he was in the wrong. Later, I walked over again because some children were playing unsafely, and the same attendant was sitting at the entrance on her phone, completely ignoring what was happening. We paid $1,200 for the worst attendants we've ever had. The office staff has been unresponsive to our complaints, which is unacceptable. We host a large carnival every year, and this was our first and last time using this company. We absolutely deserve a refund of our $1,200 -- we did not get what we paid for. read more

Laura of Clearwater Christian Center hired CJ Photo Booth along with a Bouncer, Pinata Tripod and Chairs for a Sweet 16 Birthday Party. It was WONDERFUL!!! They gave us a great discount for obtaining multiple items & our Guests had a FANTASTIC time! So much so that they were asking for their business cards. Their employees were professional, timely and very courteous. Set-up and take down was quick & efficient they came as scheduled & picked up items on time...DID NOT have to wait 1 or 2 hours for them to show up. Picture strips were great quality...the Photo Booth was was the highlight of the night! CJ Photo Booth was the BEST PRICED in our Area & available for 2 Hour Minimum, where most rentals are for 3 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM & will use them again for future events like Harvest Fest & Kidz Play Pre-Opening Day Celebration! read more

Rented a Margarita Machine for a party on Dec. 3, 2016 Cindy's Jumpers delivered the margarita machine promptly when they said, great communication when they weren't' going to arrive on time. I'm only giving them 4 stars because they don't give you the salt for the margaritas, it's extra and the black skirt that goes around the cart and machine isn't included either, another extra charge. Other companies I've used before just include it. The salt is like $1.75 in the supermarket, the black skirt just makes the machine and the cart have an overall more professional look. Why they wouldn't want to advertise their product the best they can is beyond me. At least they were reliable! That in itself is amazing. So many companies don't call or show up when they say they will, an that will ruin your party! read more

My name is Mark, I work for a family non profit in the disaster field. We were part of the 2025 Wildfires Resource Hub and wanted to give the children a safe and fun place to be during the event. I contacted many different companies to see if they would be willing to donate the use of the jumpers for this event. Cindy's Jumpers was the only company that was willing to do this. In fact, Cindys Jumpers was thrilled to be able to give back to their community! These jumpers were a highlight for the children that attended this event. The owner and all the employees at Cindy's Jumpers were very courteous and helpful. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a great business that puts their community ahead of profit. I had my sons 4th birthday party at El Dorado Park I booked for 11:30 am and party was scheduled for 12pm my jumper, tables and chairs did not arrive till 3 pm I had guest leave I had family members sitting on the floor. I have a bag full of decorations since I didn't get to set up the way I had planned. We only got the jumper for 3 hours what a disappointment and let down I had 20 kids with no jumper family members with no tables no chairs. The owners excuse was the brakes were bad and had to be changed well he should have took care of that on a monday not waited till the last minute to change them that was not an excuse. LATE DELIVERY MY SONS PARTY RUINED AT THE PARK BY NO TABLES AND NO JUMPER!!!! 4 1/2 HOURS LATE!!!! read more

I have been a long time customer of Cindys Jumpers and when I ordered a Jumper for this Holiday the Jumper they brought over was old with a lot of patched up wholes in the screen. I had one with a inside slide and the stairs you used to get up to the slide were very worn and had punch wholes in them. Over all the Jumper obviously was an older one. My point is, as much as you charge for these Jumpers to rent, why not do some up grades and retire these old Jumpers, instead of continuing to try and make money off of them. I was VERY disappointed in the condition of this Jumper and may have to look elsewhere for my next rental, that has up to date Jumpers. read more

Just a quick note to say this is the second time using your company for our party and your team setting up & breaking down are very respectful and hardworking. Actually we had an amazing teams both times. We appreciate them being on-time for both set-ups & pick-ups, this goes for both rental days. The equipment functioned perfectly and what I like most is the jumper we rented, for as small as it was it had so much going on inside and responsibly priced. I've researched. so thanks again. We rented two margarita machines from Cindy's Jumpers, for a retirement party. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. The initial call to ask questions and book the machines was easy, and the lady was polite and helpful. The guy who came to set up the machines was so helpful, and explained everything...he even mixed and started the first batch of margarita's for us, and got a second batch ready to just pour in the machine. He could not have been more helpful. He came right on time to pick the machines up. I will definitely use this company again, and recommend them to my friends. read more

Great fast service! They delivered the Avenger Jumper, Tables and chairs 30 mins. early. The kiddy table and chairs were a HIT with the kids! We enjoy Cindy's Jumpers service. Loved that after placing our order we got an immediate response regarding the 8' x 8' that we ordered in which they didn't have the Avenger sign for. Thankful that they were able to change that and accommodate us literally right after placing my order ONLINE. I like that I got my receipt through the email where it was easily accessible. Cindy's Jumpers is awesome! We hired them to help with our Police Department / City 2016 National Night Out this past Tuesday. Showed up right on time with our cute Spongebob Jumper and Snow Cone machine. Worked with me at last minute to relocate the jumper to a different location than originally planned. I rented a bouncer and several tables from Cindy's Bouncers for my grandsons birthday party. I was so pleased that the delivery was made on time and the bouncer was up and running within 10 minutes. Great products, great service! The drivers had a vehicle problem but called me and let me know their situation and possible time of arrival. They quickly set up the large jumper and the day went without a hitch. They had many jumpers to choose from and the pricing was very reasonable. Good prices, their website is very helpful. Loved their customer service plus It was a very easy transaction. The guys who brought us the jumper were early, but early is always better than late. I called to rent a margarita machine which I needed in 4 days. They were able to supply this for me even with short notice. Customer service was great! Scheduling, drop off and pick up went very smoothly. The communication from emails to phone calls were prompt. I would definitely recommend them and use this company again. We've rented from this company for both our 3rd and 4th birthday parties, and they've been amazing every time! The online booking process is super easy, the drivers are professional, and they always deliver early, giving us extra time to play.
