This was my second time that Chris had done this and he obviously doesn't care as it show in his response. Hopefully y'all get some better customer service because this is definitely not the way to handle unhappy customers especially after you are the one who is in the wrong. If you can't do an appointment do book it or have it available. That is simple. Also if you know you take time then space your appointments out correctly. Horrible. People's time is precious so respect or atleast day you are not so that they can reschedule especially for a $27 kids cut!

The guys were friendly when we walked in, I felt confident given how friendly the barber that helped us was, he stated his name and tried to get my kid to open up. He seemed eager and happy to cut my 5yo hair. However, the cut itself was a disaster and even though I expressed disappointment with the cut, we left with a very short cut and paid the full price. I showed him the inspo photo and he reassured me he could do it. We ended up with a bowl looking cut, not close to what I showed. So I showed him a picture of my sons previous cut and asked to bring it close to it and instead my son now looks like he joined boot camp. Definitely not happy to have spent $43 on a kids cut that was not even up to my expectations. I have them 2stars because he was friendly, and as a mom, I understand him being someone's son that grew up with a dream, to be a barber.

All of them did a decent or better job at hair cutting. Some were not real barbers. They cannot shave your neck. Some require reservations, some don't open till 10:00 am etc. I was looking across the internet and noticed these guys open at 6:00 am on Saturday. No reservations needed, no fluff, no BS, just old school. Just what I wanted. They turned the open light on before 6 and I go in. Pretty sure I got Mike. Best way to describe him is ,fast, accurate, professional, personable and experienced. It was nice getting a hair cut from a true professional. Price is right and one cannot help but kick in a nice tip. I have a feeling that Joe, the other barber is on his game too. I have only been there one time but I have found my new barbershop.
