Two weeks later when he went in for a second time he had his hair cut by a different lady who absolutely BUTCHERED HIS HAIR. Mind you, he has very straight, voluminous, and FULL hair. It's been over a month now and we are still trying to let it grow out so we can find someone to fix it. Never returning. I reserved an appt with Niza but came 30 min early for my appt and got sat immediately with Laticia instead since Niza was busy with a customer. The room is large, expansive and modern. There is a bar in the middle of the room which they have great selections for bourbon and whiskey. With your haircut service, at least one drink was included- I was only able to finish one drink before I had to leave. I got Four Roses. Laticia was great, professional and provided good input into my style selection. I got a taper and the taper was done well. There was a fair amount of small talk but the conversations never felt overly forced. Each chair had a tv that was playing sports- in this particular case March madness games. I loved my service here and will be coming back more frequently!
