Add to that, the market is so crazy that if you don't jump on an opportunity immediately, you miss out. Ebbi showed us several houses remotely, and gave us an honest assessment of the pros and cons of each place. She kept us informed of what was coming on the market, was very respectful of our needs, and didn't pressure us at all. I received an automated message, she was going to help me, see what my needs were, etc. Great. Then nothing. I emailed her some questions on the home. She ignored me. I emailed again. She ignored me. So sad they only wish to sell to folks in UT or AZ. I have a $500k home I am selling in MI, the house I was trying to obtain information on was $300k. I am a National Volunteer for Best Friends. The house is a Fixer, well I was willing to make repairs, then be able to rent 1 of the br's to others who visit or Volunteer at Best Friends. But nope. Audrey Lathim decided to break the housing laws, practice Discrimination, and totally ignore me. She should have her license revoked. Stay FAR away from these immoral jerks. What a joke in RE.
