I received an automated message, she was going to help me, see what my needs were, etc. Great. Then nothing. I emailed her some questions on the home. She ignored me. I emailed again. She ignored me. So sad they only wish to sell to folks in UT or AZ. I have a $500k home I am selling in MI, the house I was trying to obtain information on was $300k. I am a National Volunteer for Best Friends. The house is a Fixer, well I was willing to make repairs, then be able to rent 1 of the br's to others who visit or Volunteer at Best Friends. But nope. Audrey Lathim decided to break the housing laws, practice Discrimination, and totally ignore me. She should have her license revoked. Stay FAR away from these immoral jerks. What a joke in RE.

While things…read moreseemed OK at first, during contract negotiations she became unprofessional and disrespectful towards me. She uses a lot of real estate jargon and cannot explain it well when you ask for clarification. Communication is difficult and cumbersome because of it, requiring numerous calls, email and texts. While she is response, this communication issue overshadowed the good with bad. During the last escrow she suddenly decided (without any cause) that the buyers were going to pull out, creating drama unnecessarily. When I became upset at that, she sent me a weird meme that strong women don't play the victim, don't look pitiful, and don't point fingers. It was utterly bizarre that a realtor would overstep like that into a personal attack. At one negotiation point she tried to bully me into signing an addendum for which she could not explain the language she had put on there, at some point emailing me "do you want to sell or not" and "just tell me and we'll just pull the contract". All these interactions, over the span of a full year, lead me to say, look elsewhere.

I helped several of my neighbors with issues as well that Mr. Adair wrongly assessed. Recently I uncovered another issue on my property and asked him about it. He refused to help and told me to call an attorney. Very unpleasant man, has that typical local, old school "You're a gentile and a "move-in" and so I won't give you the time of day or treat you with respect" attitude. I'd pass and find a different title company out of St George or Cedar.
