When I purchased my home many years ago, SUT did the title search and later on I found issues with the property that SUT failed to uncover. I helped several of my neighbors with issues as well that Mr. Adair wrongly assessed. Recently I uncovered another issue on my property and asked him about it. He refused to help and told me to call an attorney. Very unpleasant man, has that typical local, old school "You're a gentile and a "move-in" and so I won't give you the time of day or treat you with respect" attitude.
