From my understanding, Stacie is not legally bound to disclose what she knows to potential buyers; however, it is both unnerving and contrary to Windermere's claim that they act ethically and in the best interests of both sellers and buyers. I hate to imagine what it would be like to be the new owner of a $650,000+ house and find out after the fact that I was not provided this information before such a significant purchase. I would be wary of working with her or her Windermere office in any capacity.
