Yeah, it's an adult novelty store and for some, takes courage just to even enter stores like these. The few times that I've been here, I've never experienced a problem until recently... There was a male customer near me that was explaining to the employee what his problem was and asking for her assistance locating an item that would help him. She stated that the store doesn't sell anything like that, nor has she even heard of it. Walking back to the register at the same time she did to checkout, I overheard her joking around with her co-worker about his erectile dysfunction which was rude and very unprofessional. I brought my item to the counter ready to check out she didn't say one word to me called someone for the item that I bought so she could enter the correct number on the register didn't ask if I had an account I had to tell her that I had one so I could get my points. I decided to check out this place with my wife. I looked online to see that there hours were late on sunday nights 10pm. We got there around 6pm and the door was locked. The girl came to the door and let a lady that was outside FREEZING into the store. We walked in right behind her. The clerk then asked if we were shopping. I said yes and then she said they were closed. My wife said your sign is on that says Open. She said oh sorry were setting up for a show.
