We hired Tracy and All Trade Pros for a remodeling project in 2015 when we moved into our house. He gave us an estimate and we signed the contract. After the job started, we paid Tracy every week and never missed a payment. However, when we paid more than 80% of the agreed payment to finish the job, Tracy claimed he needed more funds to complete the project. It wasn't just a small amount, he asked us to pay him $20K more! He also admitted he made a mistake in estimating the cost of the project and decided to tell us after we made most of the payments. I felt like it was his tactic to give us a low estimate to secure the job, but did a horrible job in budgeting and we, the homeowners, paid the price. We then agreed to end the contract and just move on with someone else, as long as he refunds us $6k out of $50k that we paid him. He agreed to refund the money (I have physical proof of his agreement if anyone wants to validate). Until this day, we still have not received the refund. We tried to work out a payment plan and waited patiently for months, but he decided to cut all communications. We had no choice, so we filed a claim with the court and the judge ruled in our favor and sent out a judgement to him, but still no replies.

But Matt answered this phone immediately and sent out some of his crew within two hours; they did a quick fix to stop the leaking and solved a big problem. I was not even charged for the repair(!) and was asked to consider a bid for the roof if/when it needed replacement. Move to May and in fact the roof needed replacement. I got several quotes and Matt was the best price without any haggling. He couldn't have been more pleasurable..and trusting.. to work with. Unfortunately I did not go with Matt, although he was my #1 pick. I choose (pushed) to help out a family acquaintance who was in the roofing business, who actually was slightly higher in price - go figure. After speaking with Matt and telling him my decision to go with the other company, he couldn't have been more polite and wished me the best. With all this, I felt it important to give my review of Matt, his staff and his company for the professionalism and service they provided me during a minor crisis during a storm - then with the bidding of my roof. I have no doubt he would have done a quality job. I would highly recommend you speak with him if you have any roofing problems. If I am any indication of his type of service - then he's awesome..and thus got 5 stars.

The recommendation was well-deserved, as Marty and his team were great to work with, and our house looks better than new. With a project of this size, we had to move out for the duration. Before the work started, we received a project schedule detailing what needed to happen and when. The team consistently beat the schedule, and we were able to move back in 2 weeks early. Our friends, and our original builder, were amazed at the transformation in only 7 weeks. We received advice to take this "opportunity" to make some upgrades we wouldn't have normally considered. They helped us envision and build a truly spa-like master bathroom, and upgrade away all the gripes we had with the original kitchen. We could not be happier with our restoration. We had concrete pads built for our boat, wave runner trailers, and our shed. We sold our home in Nov. 2016 and after 9 years the pads were in excellent shape. The concrete job was better than our original driveway installed by a different building contractor before we purchased the home. I fought the city for 4 years and they replaced that driveway for free because it was their city inspectors who approved the subpar project. The storm was on the horizon on the first day, they had the tarp and gear ready just in case it rains. The company owner told me they carry liability insurance for any damages to the homeowners during the roof installation, for example, water damage from pouring rain. That eased my mind. The crew cleaned up the area of fallen shingles and nails afterward and left no trash behind. They also replaced the turbines, drip edge, valley metal, exhust caps, fireplace chimney cover and the flashings around the pipes while replacing the shingles for the entire house. My house has a new roof now. The company offers warrenty for a year for labor. I think it's reasonable for the warrenty. The price is very very good because I have two other contractors bidding on the job.
