Their crew, a great team of friendly guys with a fantastic work ethic, rearranged their schedule and were on my roof early the next morning before more rain fell. The new style ridge vent looks great and new shingles blended well with the existing. They noticed that the gap at the peaks was too narrow, and cut it larger fior better attic airflow.

This was my second time working with E.M.A. Construction, and they've earned a customer for life…read more This time around, they handled a full roof replacement -- mostly covered by insurance (thank you, Cincinnati Insurance!) -- and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Their quote was competitive, and while they're not the cheapest option out there, they use top-quality products. My roof actually ended up as an upgrade from what I had before. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was easy. Timely estimate, great communication, and a crew that was both friendly and efficient. I have a large roof, and they showed up early, knocked the whole job out in a single day, and cleaned up so thoroughly that my landscaping might have actually looked a little better after they left. Whether you need roofing, gutters, or siding, I can't recommend E.M.A. Construction highly enough. As long as they're in business, I won't be calling anyone else.

I hired EMA Construction https://www.emasiding.com/ to replace my fiber cement siding on my 25 yo…read moreranch house; it was about 13 squares. The original siding was fiber cement siding. I wanted to replace it with similar siding because it seemed to be very durable. Replacement was necessary because the original siding was improperly installed and the planks were falling off the house. I repeatedly had planks replaced and paint never matched original siding properly. So I chose to replace the entire siding. My research identified James Hardie as an excellent siding; and it seems quite durable, has a decent warranty, and looks nice. I chose EMA Construction to install because of their long term experience with James Hardie siding, and previous customer reviews. So I am confident I have a good product that was properly installed. Eddie provided the estimate and stayed in contact with me during the project. The installer team was excellent. They commenced work as expected and completed on schedule.. in spite of several rainy days. One area of the house required custom cutting of the planks lengthwise and at a slight angle. The team did an excellent job custom fitting the siding to this area. The total install, including flashing, caulking, and siding fit are all excellent. Total results and cleanup was also perfect. The install team (Nico, Blake and Eric) was professional and friendly and explained what they were doing throughout. I would hire them again should the occasion arise.

The attention detail was great..spots that he couldn't reach with sprayer he wiped!! I highly recommend this company if you are looking to have your pressure spray jobs done above and beyond.

The night the drain was cleared by a plumber, Paul Abney of BuckCreek Restoration was in contact with me immediately that night following a referral from a neighbor. Paul is friendly, very responsive, responsible, professional, and treated my home as if it was his own. His finish work is better than the work my builder had done! Ryan was super nice and went above and beyond to find the source of the leak. There was no obvious water spots in the attic. So then Ryan went on the roof and noticed about 20 different spots where the original roof was not done properly. He took photos and showed them to me. All these spots were right above where my leak was. Ryan sealed all the spots up for me and didn't even charge me anything. Not many companies would go above and beyond like that and then provide a solution without charging a lot of money. I will for sure always use Rooftop Relief for my future needs. Great experience!! We needed siding fixed for our Tudor and rather than replacing parts of the wood that were rotting, they filled it with putty and filler which never set and was crumbly and soft to the touch. They claimed it needed time to set but after a week of warm temperatures, it still flaked off. How that would withstand a pressure wash before a paint job is beyond me. Trying to talk to their representative about issues that arose was impossible. We ended up doing some work on our own after they finally came around to acknowledging that some of their work was poor quality. Us putting in time and effort and working on the siding was the only way we could move on and get the hired painters in to start our exterior paint job. Mind you we were over a month late trying to get Certa Pro to come work on the project. If you ask ahead about their schedule to come out, you don't get an answer or you get misinformation. They will tell you a time they plan to come and will not show up and will not notify you. While we did not want to replace all of the siding from the beginning because parts of the wood were still in good condition, we did not expect such a poor job with the patch work for the pieces that needed work. This company does not offer to help in any way and their people are difficult to deal with. We used them because we used Certa Pro for painting and they recommended this sister company for carpentry. Biggest regret. We could not put our house on the market on time and they didn't even clean up afterwards. Well, unless you count throwing away parts in our yard waste bin and us having to transfer that to our garbage bin. Anyone else would be a better carpenter. You, yes you the reader, can have a better outcome by watching YouTube to learn how to diy; your efforts would be more skilled than their workers'! Beware and stay far far away! Those positive reviews on yelp look suspect given that they only provided a review for this company and nothing else on yelp. Avoid the headache and stress and go with any other company or professional.
