She spent another 10 minutes demoing it. I repeated, I'm not buying a new machine. She then got up, turned away and said "lessons are $30/hr". Great way to turn off a new customer. I won't be back.

I contacted LG directly about my problems and was told the Control Panel on the dishwasher was under warranty?? Why didn't Nick tell me that?. A-1 was prompt a coming out, knowing they would collect their inspection charge. After that, no help at all. I did contact A-1 and explained about what LG had said, but I received an explanation that they would have no way of knowing about the Warranty on the Control Panel.
