He kept trying to up sell me - didn't even get a single cleaning yet. They were delayed significantly in showing up. A month past the estimate they made. They finally show up, unannounced, and offer additional services on the side. They seemed like reasonable services so I thought I'd take the guys up on it. In 15 minutes, the guys were done cleaning the gutters. So I spent $250 for 15 minutes. Not only did they not appropriately clean the gutters, they additionally left a mess, not cleaning up after themselves. They left gutter slop, tree branches, and other garbage on the lawn. The extra services? A bunch of garbage as well, doing minimal agreed upon work. I write a Google review expressing my disappointment. I ended up receiving a phone call from a lady who works for Cincy Gutter Boys who tries to bribe me to take my review down. Not only was it a shady thing to do, it was also a weak bribe. When Josh came to inspection our roof and to provide an estimate of what our 40 year old home needed, the report was very detailed about what we needed to have done. The inspection revealed some small problems which we will be addressing with the replacement work but we had NO idea the problems existed! Josh make a thorough inspection of not only the roof but the attic area above the house and garage. (This was not a drive by inspection). The prior three roofers I contacted had either presented a quote, and didn't respond when I accepted, or just didn't work up the estimate, even though they were on my property to do so. JAF's quote was lower than two of the previous, and the job was completed seamlessly, ahead of schedule, and the grade/color of shingles placed were perfectly matched to my brick color. You could barely tell they had been on my property because the cleanup was immaculate, down to cleaning the leaf pile in my driveway from the winter. We looked at several companies and products and decided that this company provided the best product. The gutter protector was the best design we saw and was very well made. This was important because we recently had birds building nests IN THE GUTTERS, which caused the downspout to clog and overflow. Apparently, this area has been invaded by a species that nest in gutters and vents causing a lot of damage. The new system is larger made of better quality than the original material. We are confident that all of the issues have been solved.
