He kept trying to up sell me - didn't even get a single cleaning yet. They were delayed significantly in showing up. A month past the estimate they made. They finally show up, unannounced, and offer additional services on the side. They seemed like reasonable services so I thought I'd take the guys up on it. In 15 minutes, the guys were done cleaning the gutters. So I spent $250 for 15 minutes. Not only did they not appropriately clean the gutters, they additionally left a mess, not cleaning up after themselves. They left gutter slop, tree branches, and other garbage on the lawn. The extra services? A bunch of garbage as well, doing minimal agreed upon work. I write a Google review expressing my disappointment. I ended up receiving a phone call from a lady who works for Cincy Gutter Boys who tries to bribe me to take my review down. Not only was it a shady thing to do, it was also a weak bribe.
