If you're like me you are gonna be working an outage over at sunflower electric. The motel is about 15 minutes from the plant. I stayed in this motel for 3 weeks. $300/week for a room. It was clean, quiet, no bugs, and the owner was super nice. The bathroom door was a little jacked up, but that's to be expected in this price range and when the clientele are tradesmen. There is a grocery store down the street 3 blocks. Gas station 1 block down the street. And a laundry mat about a mile or so up the road. So it's centrally located to everything you might need.

I had not even met the owner until the next night when I was kicked out. I told the owner that I did not say a thing about him. I had said something about my ex from December 2020 I reported to the Garden City branch of the FBI... I told the owner I said nothing about him. Tony Burden is a human and drug trafficker... He snuck into my church to lie to me... I gave a phone that Catholic Charities had given me to the maid who works at the motel... It was hacked immediately and I hadn't even called one person on it. This was an incredible find when passing thru the Dodge City Area on our way west…read more This is probably the best "kept" campground we've visited. The mowing was impeccable and every campsite well appointed. We had site 22 on the water, but honestly every site is a winner. Most have a concrete pad and gazebo type shelter over your picnic table. The bathhouse was clean and offered warm showers. The "rentable" kayaks were a great asset to enjoy the water. Nice playground for the kids and lots of docks for fishing. Peaceful setting and close to the hwy without the road noise. This will definitely be a "stay again" if we pass thru Dodge City Area again.

Delay goes from an hour, hour and a half, 2 hrs. They make an announcement that if we need anything from our luggage, they will get the luggage for you. I go to the baggage check in counter and told them I need my luggage to retrieve a charging cable for my phone due to the delay. They acted like they never heard that before and then one of them said yes. So they disappear and come back with not my luggage, but my bag of cables and charger. I guess I shouldn't ne surprised they went through my luggage to get it. She hands me the bag and I pull out my cable and hand the bag back. She was all upset because now she has to put my electronics back in my bag. She was trying to tell me to put it in my carry-on. I said that came out of my carry-on. I told her you have plenty of time to put it back in with a 2hr delay. She gave me attitude and eventually took my bag of electronics and hopefully put it back in my luggage. Side note the flight attendant was pretty rude and was not pleasant. There was a gentleman who wasn't wearing his mask over his nose and he was told multiple times to cover. I hate the mask, but it's not my rules. I hope this fucker wasn't the excuse to deboard and delay the flight. 6pm departure is now 8am departure. 2 hr delay. I have a 2 hr delay in DFW. Looks like I'll miss my flight. Thank you American Airlines or in this case, due to the tiny ass plane in a tiny ass airport, American Eagle for wasting our time on multiple levels. UPDATE.... GOT NOTIFICATION THAT MY FLIGHT HAS BEEN REBOOKED AND INSTEAD OF 6HR FLIGHT, NOW ITS 13HR FLIGHT. FUCK YOU AMERICAN AIRLINES Update.... flight out of here delayed again to 830am from 6am. 2.5hr delay, but it's ok right? Cuz my layover is SEVEN FUCKING HOURS. Update. Boarded for 830am flight. The dumbass with mask issue got kicked off. Good riddance. So much for taking off at 830am.
