After taking over half the payment and missing three start dates, they finally removed our gutters--then disappeared. What followed was more no-shows, empty promises, and every chance to fix it ignored. Excuses ranged from being evicted from their shop to leaving their phone at home while traveling to Jax for court appearances! We were left with no gutters and no refund $! Communication became inconsistent at best, nonexistent at worst. It's unacceptable to take a customer's money then abandon it without accountability! We would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I was impressed they took great care to prevent the chemicals used on my tile roof from draining off to the lake I live on. They blocked the down spouts and then sucked the fluid after they were done. All of my down spouts go underground to the lake. The roof looked great for 4 years. No lawn/plants killed either. The house was done very well as well and the painter was very pleased. I was not as happy that the electronics (video cameras, video door bell and special hot water pumps were shorted out due to the washing. This cost over $1000 in repairs. In the future tape off and cover the sedative electronic items.

I was quoted $270.00 and the manager took $135 deposit over the phone ahead of time. I was told I'd get more time if needed. While cleaning they took everything down from my bathroom and put it in my bedroom room & cleaned bathroom well. I was then told they will have to leave early and may not finish and still charge the additional $135.00. In the mean time there is a whole lot of junk in my bedroom that the cleaning girls put in there. They did not start the livingroom, kitchen nor the other bathroom. You can not talk to these girls at all because they only listen to their orders from their boss on the phone. After I was notified they were going to leave early. I called the boss and yes I was screaming at him because he was going to charge me $ 135 ( for a total of $270) for unfinsihsed work, so while on the phone the girls just left and quit because they got offened with my anger at there commander. The pictures I posted below is how they left the house. The reason the house was so messy is because I have a major back injury & thats what I hired these people for. They have no ethics. they kept or stole my deposit of $135 after leaving my house like this. As I understand A person can feel tense about screaming at the captian ( the employer) however, I'd like to ask wouldn't you screem if a company was going to charge full price for unfinished work?
