I was sold on the guarantee and expectation they set. Initially, when my roof is cleaned I inspected it and there were still lots of places dark and black that had been missed. They returned and finished the work. However, all of my fern plants along the front of my house turned brown and looked dead. I was told to wait a couple months and see if they recovered. It took over one year for the ferns to finally grow again. A year and a few months later I noticed my roof was getting green in a couple areas. I called and mentioned the guarantee that they mentioned to me when they did the work. They continued to come up with excuse after excuse after excuse and deny any guarantee and said that it's perfectly normal and it may need another treatment and wanted to charge me for it. They would not come back and treat those two areas that were turning green. I was disturbed from the phone call and hung up. The owner called me back and left an obscene message on my phone.
