Cigars and more is a fantastic stop to have a smoke and relax. Alex and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond. The lounge has ample seating including several new recliners, HDTV's, and cigar accessories (cutters and lighters) the humidor has a massive selection of the top end boutique cigars, high end bougie cigars, and the low end stuff you didn't know was great smokes! There is literally something for everyone's taste here. They have a retail store that has a massive selection of ash trays, cutters lighters, and other accessories that you may need. I recently purchased a "not cheap" lighter from this place and it stopped working after about a week. When I brought it back I was told that it probably just ran out of fuel since they come with just a small amount. First problem I had with this explanation is than they should suggest that I buy some extra butane when I originally bought it so I don't have to make another trip back to the place within a week. Than I asked the guy what if the lighter is defective? He said basically too bad as I'll have to take that up with the mfg. Well just two weeks later the lighter stopped working again and I now hear a hissing noise emanating from it-obviously it is defective and needs servicing. It took me a while to search who The mfg was and than called and was only given the option to leave a message. God only knows if and when I'll receive a calL back. I was in retail for over 25 years-I never told a customer he is on his own after making a purchase from me. This place deals with the mfg-not me. But I do (did) deal with this place-shame that he could care less about the customer AFTER a purchase. I tried doing the right thing and purchase locally-I guess my next lighter purchase will be on Amazon since they take everything back, no questions asked. read more

This cigar shop is fantastic. The entire staff Carl, Andrew, and Mike are always helpful. If there are any questions you could have about a cigar, these guys will answer them. Once you purchase a cigar, you then have access to the lounge. Just renovated, and can probably seat about 25+ people in comfy recliners. You will also have some big screen Tv's.
