visited the (Gorilla Vape of Beachwood) worst mistake ever! I was not welcomed upon entering the establishment unfortunately for whatever reason. I approached the counter and spoke to a female regarding lava products and immediately she was unhelpful and lacked customer service! I advised of her lack of customer service and walked out of that establishment! Highly do not recommend. This establishment does not even deserve 1 star! read more

Came here twice in the same evening bc I was having an issue with two of my mods. I was grateful to receive help, being that I hadn't purchased them at Gorilla Vapes. I did leave having purchased a Geekvape Starry Night mod for $80. Which they thoughtfully gave me 10% off of, as it was the last one in stock, and the display model. Bought a CBD product too. I love that they have a membership program to earn points based on purchases, redeemable towards future purchases etc. They also give a 10% discount for military, first responders, and officers. My one grievance with this shop was the two times I came in, an associates' friend was sitting at the bar and the two were having conversation. I sat on the sofa for awhile, being respectful and trying not to interrupt, but I felt a little ignored. Especially bc this associate made eye contact with me, and knew I was sitting there. I eventually said something, and he apologized, "I'm just venting, what's up." A little off putting, made me feel like I was bothering him. Nevertheless, this is the nicer of the shops in the area, and I look forward to returning to try some of their store made ejuices, and hopefully to receive better service! read more

I went there for the first time and my wife and I spent a significant amount of money on vape products as well as a cigar lighter. When I got home, the lighter was out of fluid, and it was impossible to fill it with butane. I went back and the rude sales person told me that the fill pin was bent. I did not ask for a refund; I simply asked him if I could exchange the lighter since it was new and never used. He refused to do so asking me for a receipt. I signed up for their customer rewards program so they should have been able to find the sale. They refused to do so, filled the lighter and told me that they would not exchange it. I also tried to fill it and it would not work. I once again asked them to exchange the lighter and they were rude and told me no. This was a $26.00 lighter. I did not ask for a refund, just an exchange. They know their own product and they still would not do anything to make me a satisfied customer. I would rather throw everything I purchased from them in the garbage than to ever patronize their store again. I wish I could give them less than one star. They earned this low rating. read more

I order online and it is usually delivered in 2 days. the sauce is always great from here. I've tried a lot of places house brews and gorilla makes the best I've found. the signature flavors have all been a pretty good adaption of their name or description. personally recommend glazed and confused at standard 70/30. I get it with a 3mg nic, Vaped on a dropdead/drag2 at 80watts using ss/fused claptons it is the smoothest I've experienced in 7 years of vape. read more

Great place wish there was other juices w Max VG from other places (like the milkman etc) BUT their juice is good,they make it in front of you and they are knowledgable about vaping and will make your coils of need. It's my stop for hardware especially. read more

I'm from out of town on vacation, was staying in surf city. My glass on my tank shattered & for some odd reason the replacement was too small to fit. I called gorilla vapes after vapor shark didn't want to help me.. gorilla vapes told me, "just bring it in, we will try everything you got to help you" that speaks volume in itself. Unfortunately, they didn't have my tank so it wasn't easy. The employee must of put in at least 30 minutes & tried over 20 pieces of glass. In the end, he customized a glass to make it fit so I could vape until I get home. I gave him a tip & told him I would leave a review. Thank you so much! Anytime I'm out here again.. Went online and saw they had a atomizer on sale. Went to store and and found they had regular price for the atomizer. I was told that was online only. So a brick and mortar store will not honor a price they have online but not in store. If I was going to order it online I would order from another company because they have it cheaper. ****PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT****I've spent A LOT of money in this store since I started vaping ($350+) in less than 5 months. I get that customer service is NOT what it used to be ANYWHERE so I wont even get into that because that is hit or miss as well. My issue is their lack of honesty, and there zero business ethic. I specifically asked the counter person for "3 BROWN LG 18650 batteries"(I assumed would be GENUINE) which translates to 3000mAh, but that is not what I received. I received 3 RE-wrapped unknown brand 2500mAh batteries. I was still a novice when it came to vaping at the time and assumed that I would get what I paid and asked for, BUT I WAS WRONG. I made this purchase about a year ago but never got around to posting about it, but I get aggravated every time I use these batteries I get annoyed and think of these thieving liars and to boot I also purchased a rebuild-able dripper (13 heavens ) which retails around $35-45 but it was on sale for like $15 which I thought was clearly a steal. Now, again I was a novice vaper at best at this point and had no idea that there were "clones" or fake replica products of the sort out there. THEY DID NOT HAVE A SIGN or a ASTERISK* in/on the display case NOR did the counter person even mention why it was so cheap knowing well that I said "wow, thats a great price for this RDA(REBUILDABLE DRIPPING ATOMIZER).
