Went here and I must say,very clean,customer service was top notch,and the fella there was very helpful with what I needed!

They sold me a defective vape pen and told me I could return it if I had any issues. When I did that because it stopped working after 3 uses, they told me they couldn't do anything for me. Posters, Quite the opposite experience as raters ranted, I travel the country on business and this shop falls in the middle of the vaping world its not expensive not cheap, not over the edge not under it either. I have been served at shops the clerk looked homeless been in shop in LA that clerk was girl right out of hooters. So for me good juice, equipment and service. As a local they get 5 stars. read more

Ive been to a bunch of vape shops since I started vaping about a year ago. And Vaporistic is DEF my favorite!!! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. The prices are reasonable. They have agreat selection of mods and everything else you need to vape !! They sell premium juices, as well as house juices in various flavors. Customer service here was atrocious when I came. guy was more interested in chattting up with his pals and pretty much brushed off any questions I had. Juice tasted bad- really lacked any flavor but everyones taste buds are different, guy didnt even restock, half the ones they had to try were not fresh at all or left empty. Vapor Beware went there now 30 hours ago looking for a new tank the guy opened up a tank that seemed best for me and was compatible with my set up.I decided to take it in fact decided to buy two he opened up the second one and threw the plastic away didn't think of anything at that point but was thinking what if that was a gift for someone. So that night I tried it it was nothing that I was told and convinced in fact it was like smoking cotton and my juice was bubbling snapping and spitting all over leaking down into my battery from the bottom. Went back the next day to return was told because they were opened they could not be used then proceeded to try to use them to demonstrate that I was not properly vaping putting their flavoring in it then when it spit out she said it was normal that's the way it is and she wasn't a fan of it either but because it was 3 hours past the 24 hour return policy for a refund that I was gonna have to stay with the poorly defective tanks both of them in fact that the owner didn't like herself and felt they were of poor quality admittedly and now even more in grossed with their flavoring from sampling it.They gave the tanks back wouldn't give even store credit or a different tank nothing even considering her employee took the wrapping of the second tank and I was left at a 50 dollar loss.Her response to the second tank purchased was why would you buy two is that someone who wants your buisness !Totally disgusted I have never had anything like this ever happen my entire time vaping be careful what you buy and who you buy from these clowns are not it they are very aggressive and don't appreciate your patronage. read more

I'm not sure how or why the previous reviews are negative but I felt obligated to go out of my way and review this store. I had an absolutely AMAZING experience at Vaporistic! The customer service was beyond fantastic. The two individuals that were working the store couldn't have been more helpful. They took their time and explained everything to me in detail, answered all of my questions with a smile, went above and beyond in educating & guiding me on my purchases, etc. Their E-juice prices are unmatched! At less than $5.00 per bottle, nobody can touch that, as I've seen prices from $15-$25 per bottle for lesser quality juice. The store is setup like a bar with bar stools, bar, etc. they offer a full menu of e-juices and literally hand make their e-juice in front of you or can provide you with any manufacturer / distributor e-juice, directly off the shelf. After picking up Gold Member (butterscotch), Fruity Pebbles, Bananas Foster, Raspberry Cheesecake and Blueberry cotton candy my wife and I left for our Florida vacation. We stopped at every Vape shop from Ft. Lauderdale to Key West and back again and, right hand to God, I was unable to find any e-juice that came even CLOSE to how good the e-juice is at Vaporistic! I even let some of the store owners in Florida try out the e-juice that I had purchased from Vaporistic and the STORE OWNERS / e-juice specialists were blown away by the quality! I'm definitely heading back over to stock up on a bunch more and will be a regular customer moving forward. You can sit down at the bar and try out any flavors that interest you - they encourage you to do so, creating an awesome vibe / experience. I had purchased 4 new coil heads and was mistakenly given the wrong generation (legit mistake). Once I realized, I went back and not only did they swap them out immediately but they even threw in several extras for free, in order to compensate me for any inconvenience. They know their stuff inside and out, are as pleasant as can be, have an awesome atmosphere, excellent prices and the best e-juice on the market; hence, I'll only be using this store moving forward. I can actually pick apart previous reviews of this store, in order to clarify "factual user error" issues, etc. however, I feel it's more productive to just indicate the excellent experience that I had.
