I called first and spoke with Jeff to make sure they had what I needed. He wasn't sure, but I asked about alternatives, and he confirmed they carried coils and tanks. Fine. If they don't have my coils, I'll just buy a new tank. Well, they had my coils, and at a very reasonable price. I started to talk to Vinny and had a nice conversation about a few things we have in common. The guys were so cool that I didn't want to leave with just a box of coils. I asked Vinny to sell me something else--just because... He showed me a pod system and I bought that and an extra box of coils for it. I will be back and plan to buy all my vape supplies from this great store in the future. No need to buy online anymore. Cool store. Cool people. Go check it out. You'll become a loyal customer. And guess what? They had 3 boxes of the specific Cigar I asked for. I grabbed 2 Cigars and I walked over to the counter and I told the 2 gents "you guys don't know your own inventory". They were speechless. Then 1 of them offered to sell me a box of the brand I wanted. At an inflated price. I replied I can get them a whole lot cheaper with free shipping online. Guy's don't ever assume the customers who ask questions and walk into your humidor know nothing about Cigars. Record your inventory on computer and have the data available for your own use.
