There's nothing worse then getting help from someone who doesn't know anything about what they are selling! I recently made a sort of big purchase on a nice piece of glass. It was so pretty . I did realize there was a hair fracture in it until I had already paid for it. Which was totally my fault. I told him and he made it right on the spot and helped me get a different piece of glass with no defects. I rate them 5 stars forsure! He didn't have to do anything for the glass but he made it right and I was 100% satisfied leaving. I like to know that someone isn't just looking to get over and take someone's money like I've been to some places that only are worried about taking your money. Thanks again! Ali

First off I went their around 6pm when I got off work and the door was locked, not upset with that employee she was VERY nice and had to take her break, this establishment should have another employee to cover for those in break at least or on working. After asking for the item I was told they don't have it and she never heard of it then informed me it's no longer Stay Fly Vape shop (even though theirs a BIG sign right above the door on the left that's says STAY FLY. That is the opposite experience that I had with this product. It made me feel like I had anxiety, anxious, and made me literally pass out. I called to report it to the budtender, so they would have it on record if anybody else was having the same issues with this batch. I started to tell them and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I looked up Stiizy on line and was mortified to see that they've been sued for having pesticides and other things in their flowers. Marijuana is our medicine and dispensaries are like the doctor. Obviously a doctor prescribes your medicine and can't always predict what the side effects are gonna be or if it's gonna work. I do understand that. But due to the fact that they put me on hold when I was letting them know I had a bad experience with one of their products and they never came back to the phone. Is the reason I will never come back!

So, starting from scratch as a novice again has been interesting as I am just getting jump started on different pipes, blends, types of pipe tobacco etc etc. It is always amazing for those who are experts to take the time with you and walk you down the path of what they know and about what you are trying to learn more about. I met Mark (one of the owners) today after stopping by while in town, he was amazing in helping me find the right blend, explaining the difference of a couple tobaccos and helping me learn a bit more. It made my experience even better and wish I had more time to hang out, pick his brain and honestly buy more than I did. I grabbed about 6-7 ounces of some amazing pipe tobacco blends that he took his time to take out, talk to me about and I can't wait to try them. I live about an hour away and I will make the drive to shop here directly in person.
