Stopped in on a Friday evening around 7pm in July, I thought it would be a busy night, but it was quiet and I was able to enjoy my cigar in piece. They have a wide selection of cigars which are well displayed as well as smoke accessories and tobacco. You can smoke pipes in here too which is pretty cool Joe, who was working that night wes very helpful and good conversation. In terms of ambiance, this is one of the best cigar lounges I've been too. They also had a wide selection of humidors, a few pipes and so really cool TSA travel cases with built in humidors. I would definitely stop in to check out this place , they do it right. This is a great little Shop. It is in a perfect location right off of 95. They are near a Dunkin donuts so there is easy access to water or coffee. They have a very good selection of cigars with plans to expand their inventory, based on the three empty new cabinets in the back. There is adequate seating in two locations, one at the televisions and one without... The two workers, Charles and Lloyd, are very helpful and nice. They offered to help each person i saw come in and knew a lot of the customers by name. Definitely will be going back when in the area. read more

I'm still not impressed by the worn out club chairs even here. Too low and very worn out. Nice selection but no DuPont lighters. I guess I have to go to Georgetown. Also very limited selection of Lanceros. I guess Richmond hasn't really been educated yet. read more

First time visiting was last night for a Perdomo event they had going on. Fantastic staff, great atmosphere, amazing selection of cigars (although of course I was there for the Perdomo's!). It's not the closest cigar lounge to me (it's about 30 mins away), but I will certainly make a trip back there again in the near future. Great times! read more

This spot is D-OPE! It has a huge selection and comfortable as hell. There are two TVs great spot to watch the games and if you get hungry you can go next door or across the street with good food selections. Lastly the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fair market and you can find Cigars no one else have. So basically what I'm saying is we need a good cigar group out of the East End to make it a regular spot. read more

I had visited their shop on Three Chopt road, and was impressed. So when I saw another Cigar Realm just off I-95, I had to stop in even if I didn't have much time. It's much like the other shop - incredible selection, comfy chairs, decent prices, helpful staff. I picked up some Perdomos for me and a pal, and hit the bricks. Gents, if your ladies are going to be shopping for a bit, do yourself a favor and pull in here. Plenty of food places around, so you can get what you want while you enjoy your cigar. read more

Great selection lining the walls and a knowledgeable staff. Located around Bass Pro, Green Tops, and Camping world so I swing through whenever I am in the area. If you are looking for the common cigars, this is the place to go. I gave 4 stars because their events are always on Thursdays and not the weekends, so I'm never able to make it. read more

Lloyd runs an exceptional establishment. Very inviting and comfortable environment with an outstanding selection of brand and styles coupled with amazing prices. Saw the billboard promoting the huge selection, and truth in advertising prevailed. I was able to purchase Camacho Connecticut Box Press, which are almost impossible to find in Georgia. The price for the stick is almost half of what I pay elsewhere, when I can find them. Will stop here again on my next trip. I shall plan to spend the afternoon in the ultra relaxing environment, in order to enjoy the phenomenal overall experience. read more

This place has a good amount of cigars and the atmosphere is wonderful. I recommend coming here if you want great service and want a variety of cigars. The store on Sliding Hill Rd is also wonderful. I will come to Cigar Realm more often. read more

I highly recommend the Owner stick to the $ side of the business and let his employees handle the customer service aspect. The employees are great to deal with and are very knowledgeable, but the Owner needs an education on customer service for sure. I found this gem due to its immediate proximity to w a Dunkin Donuts and a Bojangles restaurant but always stop in when travelling through southern Virginia. It's less 500 yards off I-95! The staff's always friendly and knowledgable, the selection's impressive, and the lounge is super comfortable. I'm not very price sensitive as I'm only looking for one or two cigars when I visit (I live around the corner from Holt's Philadelphia flagship store), but feel it's competitive. What I like best is that's a cigar store and not a vape shop with a humidor. Support the best cigar store in the region! read more

I was really impressed the their selection of cigars. And the prices were pretty good too. I wasn't able to hang out with the guys and smoke. But I did stop in and make a purchase while traveling in the area. It seemed to have good ventilation and a nice layout. The staff was very nice and seemed outgoing. read more
